"All right,tell me."Serenity said.

"I can't..not here please meet me at the dark alley next to Red Lobster.

"Why can't you tell me through the phone?"she replied.

"Please Serenity it's really important."Mokuba pleaded.

"All right,All right,"Serenity said sarcastically. She thought it was really stupid. There was no reason to be going out in the middle of the night just to hear what a little boy was going to say. Still,Mokuba said it was important so she decided to go anyway. She put on her jacket and left.

She stopped at the corner of Red Lobster and walked into the dark alley. She saw Mokuba standing in the dark waiting for her. His clothes was in tatters, his face red and his eyes completely wet from tears. He ran to Serenity and hugged her.

"Oh Serenity!It was awful!,"Mokuba wailed. Serenity wrapped her arms around him."What happened Mokuba?"

Mokuba let her go and got reallly scared. He looked around afraid that Seto might pop out of nowhere. He looked up at Serenity and said,"Seto...he....."

"He what....."Serenity questioned and then she grasped his shoulders and shook him."Did he do something to you!"Serenity panicked. Mokuba looked down and fidgeted with his fingers. Then he cried again and wrapped himself around Serenity's arms. "He RAPED me!" Mokuba mumbled and sobbed burying his face in her chest. Serenity rubbed his back trying to comfort him.

"Don't worry Ill do something about it."

~Seto Kaiba's House~

"Bad boys Bad Boys watcha gonna do,"Seto sang under the warm water in the shower,"Watcha gonna do

watcha gonna do when they come for you."

Suddenly the bathroom door was busted open and three police officers ran in the room pointing their guns at him.

"DAMN IT!can't a guy get any privacy even in his own house?" He cupped his hands over himslef trying to conceal his nakedness.

"Your under arrest for sexual harassment!"

The police officers pulled him out of the shower and pushed him down on the ground. They turned him over and cuffed his hands.

"Let me go At once!" Seto yelled.

"Tell it to the judge."

~Courtroom(Trial)

"All rise," the guard said as everyone in the courtroom stood up waiting for the judge to take his seat.

"Case number 566 Seto Kaiba acccused of rape to victim Mokuba Kaiba."

"All right prosecuter please call your first witness," the judge said.

"I call Mokuba Kaiba to the stand." Mokuba walked up the stand with his whole body slouched down and kept his eyes on the ground. He knew his brother was close, he was afraid of him. Afraid of the threat he told him at the last minute.(flashback)"you tell anyone about this......im gonna kill you."

Seto watched him walk up and mumbled,"I told you not to tell you little brat."

Mokuba placed his left hand on the bible and raised his right hand.

"Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth so help you God?"

"I do."

Mokuba sat down and waited for the questions.Trying to avoid the evil glances Seto kapt making across the room.

"Now Mokuba please tell the jury what happened." The prosecuter said.

The memory of two nightsago all traumatized him as they started to fill his mind. He remembered the feeling,the feeling of his brother...inside him. He couldn't take it he wanted to forget it but it was very hard. He looked and fell silent.

The lawyer realized it was very hard for Mokuba to answer his question so he decided to change it.

"All right then...Mokuba,please I know it's very hard for you but if you dont want your brother to ever touch you again,you have to tell the jury. Now where did he touch you?"

Mokuba nodded and pointed between his legs and everyone in the courtroom gasped. Seto brunched down his eyebrows this was really pissing him off.

"and then?"the lawyer asked urging him to continue.

"Then...he was..sucking and licking it." The whole courtroom gasped louder.

"And?"

"I felt his...you know...behind me."

"OH POOR CHILD!"someond from behind the room fainted.

"LIAR!"Seto yelled slamming his hands on the table in front of him. The guards grabbed him and sat him down again."SHUT UP!"

Soon it was Serenity's turn to testify.

"My next witness,Miss Wheeler.''

Serenity sat at the back of the room, the whoele time Mokuba was testifying she had her hands wrapped around Hiei's.She knew it was her turn. She squeezed Hiei's hand and they both stared at each other. Hiei's eyes told it was okay and she nodded and stood up.She walked up to the stand and said her oath. Then she sat down.

"Now Miss Wheeler is it true that you work at Kaiba Corp and you work for Mr. Kaiba?"

"Yes."

"And is it true that your the one who reported to the police that Mokuba was sexually harrased?"

"ummm.....yes..."

As soon as Seto heard these words, his hatred switched from Mokuba to Serenity. So it was all her fault that he's here right now,in trial.She was the one who told the police not Mokuba. His feeling over Serenity right now was complete hatred. He felt like standing up and stabbing her a thousand times with a knife and kill her a thousand times.

An hour later

"Jury have you reached a verdict?"

"Yes we have your honor and we find Seto Kaiba.....GUILTY."

"Seto Kaiba you are sentenced to 15 years in prison"

Everyone in the courtroom rejoiced Serenity and Hiei both hugged Mokuba praising him.

The guards dragged Seto out of the room. Seto kicked and screamed wildly squriming aroun and yelling,"I'm GONNA KILL YOU SERENITY!IM GONNA KILL YOU!"

Serenity heard him and suddenly hersmile turned to a scared expression. She looked at Seto and stared deep in his eyes. He looked really scary like a lion ready to kill.His eyes showedcomplete hatred....a murderous hatred.
