When I finally got my computer fixed I had tons of homework and after school stuff to do. I wasn't even home on the weekends!
I hope you like, I have to type up the next chapter and I don't know when I'll be done, but if a month goes by and I still haven't updated email me or something and yell at me to get my lazy butt up and work on my stories.
R&R! Please and thank you!

Chapter: 7
=================================================
There was a little silence when another person spoke.
"It's not important who we are, but who you are," said the demon.
They all looked at each other, then Kitta said, "Why do you have to know our names?"
"We like to know the names of the people we kill," answered the first voice.
"You--kill me, ha and my name is Kitta; so you'll know who the person is that killed you," said Kitta her hand on her sword and a cocky grin on her face. She took a step forward getting into a fighting stance.
There was silence then out of the shadows walked a person. He was completely covered in a black cloak that only showed his face. He had dark blue eyes and messy black hair, and on each of his checks where two black streaks.
"You think you stand a chance against," me he said, his voice showing how funny he thought it was.
"Hn," was all I said as I waited for him to attack.
He frowned, but also got into a fighting stance.
"Kitta be careful," said Re-a a worried edge to her voice.
The demon then grinned and said, "Are you ready."
"Bring it on," I said.
He then grinned and graded the edge of his cloak, taking it off in one fluid movement, throwing it out of the way. He was wearing a black, v-neck, sleeveless, shirt; tucked into black pants that where held up him by a white tie. He was medium height, and he came about an inch above Jair who was the tallest in the group. So that would mean he was about an inch and a half taller than me.
Hanging on his side was a black sheath with a silver-handled, sword in it. His hand was resting on top of the sword, and a smug, confident, grin was plastered on his face.
"What?" I asked, as his grin grew.
"Let's make this interesting," he said.
"Like how?" I asked a little wary.
"How about if I win you have to do whatever I say till you die," he said.
"Like a servant for life?" I questioned.
"Yeah you could say that," he said.
"Okay, then if I win you have to be my servant for life," I said back.
"Deal," he said.
"Deal," I said.
"Get ready to lose," he said as he stepped back into the shadows. I drew my sword and stood perfectly still as I focused all my senses on finding him. My white cat ears on my head flicked to my left and I leap at a shadow, swinging my sword at it.
Sword collided with sword as he brought his sword up at the last second to block. There was a struggle of power before I jumped back, out of the shadows and into the light of the moon.
“What? Scared of the dark?” he asked his voice seeming to come from all around.
"I'm scared of nothing, especially not the dark," I said as I again attacked the shadows, and again I didn't hit anything. This time, though, something hit her in the stomach sending her flying through the air. I landed hard and was about to get up when a sword came flying out of the shadows heading strait towards me. Calling on my power a wall of flame leap up in front of me and as the sword passed through it, it turned to ash.
"What did you do?" he asked, but his voice still seemed to be all around.
"A shadow demon, I'm impressed," I said with a smug grinned.
"You're not an ordinary neko demon are you?" he asked.
"No I'm not," I said as a blue flame started to surround me. The flames then spread out, and soon, there was not one shadow left except one little area.
"Come on out and fight," I said smiling to myself as I took away his hiding places. When she said this he stepped out of the little bit of shade. Then that shade also disappeared as firelight it up.
"A fire demon?" he questioned as he stepped out of the little bit of shade left. That shade too disappeared as blue fire engulfed it.
"Yeah, my father was half fire demon--half ice, I got his fire power," I said.
He said no more, but instead raised his sword and attacked. He was very swift and soon both of us were just blurs to Jair and TK.
"What's going on," asked Jair to Re-a who was watching.
"Well, it's hard to say they both seem to be equally matched," she said back.
"Hn, Kitta isn't even trying," said Keo crossing his arms.
"That's not trying," said TK wide eyed.
I grinned as I listened to this as I blocked his attacks. It was true, I truly wasn't trying, if I wanted to I could just burn him up like I did the wolf, but it had become more of a contest of skill now, and he was defiantly no amateur when it came to the sword. Then quickly and I leap of a tree and headed strait towards him, he did pretty much the same thing and we meet in the middle of the field each exchanging blows. I landed with my back facing him, one knee on the ground. I knew I had hit my mark, but with a price. I winched as I looked at my cut left arm. With a groan of pain I stood up and looked over at my opponent. He had fallen face-first down on the ground.
"Are you okay?!" asked Re-a, rushing over to me.
"Yeah this is nothing, but I think I did a number on him," I said with the best smile I could manage.
At this point another black-cloaked figure came out of the fire, literally, and ran over to the other guy. The newcomer looked just like the other except he had white hair and white demon markings on his face.
"Who are you?" asked TK.
"I'm Sorai, Rai's twin brother," he said bending down next to the other.
"You two are brothers?" asked Re-a going over to where the two where.
"Yes," he said looking up at the group that was starting to surround him.
The guy, now know as Rai, was laying on his stomach and on his back was a deep cut, gushing blood.
"Here, let me look at that," said Re-a moving everyone out of her way.
"Why do you want to do that?" asked Jair.
"Yeah! He just tried to hurt us," said TK.
“Use your head,” I said as I walked over, using some of my power to heal the cut. Keo came over and also help, being twins we could heal each other or give the other our power if needed.
“About what?” asked Jair.
“Well for starters, one they probably the only one around that might actually help us get out of these cursed woods, and last, did you for get the bet we made?” I asked as Rai gave an unconscious groan.
"Oh," said Jair. They then turned back to see Re-a using her powers to heal Rai's cut. Soon it was healed and he got up with both Re-a's and Sorai's help. He looked over everyone till his eyes stopped on me.
"Well?" I asked.
He then looked away and said, "A bets a bet."
“Don't worry I don't bite, much,” I teased. He didn't seem to like the joke much, though, and continued to look away. There was an awkward pause before I asked, “Umh, could you show us how to get out of here?”
"Where do you want to go?" he asked grumpily.
"Do you know where the old temple is, where the psychic Genkai used to live?" I asked.
"Yeah, we know where that is," said Rai his eyes looking over the group. Keo was glaring at him, and Jair and TK where wondering what to do.
"Good then lead the way," I said.
"I don't 'have' to do anything," he said narrowing his eyes at me.
`I see some one as an attitude, I wonder if it's as bad as my dad's?' I wondered in my mind as I glared back, use to these types of fights.
“You're now my servant; servants have no chose, or do I have to punish you already?” I asked a wicked grin crossing my face as Keo mumbled, “And this is why mom and dad said she could never have a servant.”
"What are you going to do?" he asked challengingly, apparently forgetting about the fight.
"Rai you did make a bet, and she won," said Sorai coming up next his brother, trying to reason with him.
Rai just turned away not saying anything and started walking off. When he got to the woods he turned back and said, "Are you coming."

(AN: Yes, I know, Genkai's not alive in this story, I don't like it, but just think how old that would make her.)
