SK: I'm still typing and I hope you have been liking the story so far. Well anyway here is chapter eleven.

Chapter Eleven: Telling of a Warning/Kidnapping

 

After Kurama sat down in a chair in front of the others after the fake ran off into the forest. Everyone looked at the real Kewemba who had sat down on the other couch. Botan sat down next to him saying, “Well I guess they got here before we were able to.” Kewemba looked over at her saying, “I can clearly see that.” Luna looked at the two saying, “Who was that and why are you two here?” Darren put his hand on her shoulder calming her down and Kit licked her hand.

Kewemba sighed and rubbed the back of his head thinking of exactly what to say to them. “Tell us Kewemba,” said Keyla in a voice that made that all have a shiver go down their spine. “Well first off we would like to congratulate Darren and Luna,” said Kewemba. “That and to tell you and Kurama something very important,” said Botan. “What would that be?” asked Kurama. “First off Darren and Luna I have to tell you something,” said Kewemba, “You both have to be extra careful since some demons do not like it when a demon mates with a vampire.” Darren nodded his head but Luna said, “Why what is bad about a demon mating with a vampire?”

Botan looked at them saying, “It's manly because most believe that if the two mate it crosses a line that should never be crossed.” Luna sighed, her right ear twitching and she rested her head on Darren's shoulder while scratching Kit behind the ears. “Now what did you need to tell me Kewemba?” asked Kurama. “First promise you won't try to take mine or Botan's head off,” said Kewemba. “Fine I promise,” said Kurama wanting to know what they had to say. “Well its really bad news first off,” said Botan. “You see someone revived Karasu and he wants to get revenge on you,” said Kewemba, “He also knows about Keyla and Luna.” “Please tell me this is just a really bad joke,” said Kurama. Botan shook her head saying, “No we have records that it happened and a note, we have it if you want to read it.” “Yes I do,” said Kurama. Botan took a piece of parchment out of her pocket and gave it to Kurama. He tore it opened and it said:

 

Kewemba,

Tell Kurama that I am back and I know he took a black dog demon as a mate, her name being Keyla. Also I know he has a seventeen year old daughter named Luna. I'm going to get him back for killing me and if I have to I'll do it threw his families deaths.

Karasu

 

Kurama growled and tore the note up while cursing everything he knew. Keyla put her hand on Kurama's shoulder and rubbed it alittle trying to calm him down. “Who is this Karasu guy and why does he want revenge on my dad?” asked Luna. Kurama sighed saying, “He is a person I fought agenst and killed in the dark tournament and as for the revenge part it is because he tried his hardest thinking he should have won but I still did.” “That's just ridicules,” said Darren. “I know Darren,” said Kurama, “Also you two better be visual since Karasu has openly stated his hatred for a vampire/demon mateing.”

The two nodded their heads agreeing with Kurama then looked out the window seeing it was already starting to get dark. Keyla looked outside then at Luna and Darren saying, “You two are staying here tonight since it's already getting late.” Luna nodded her head knowing that there was no way to convince her mother otherwise. Luna sat up from the couch with Kit in her arms and Darren stood up after her. “Well were going to go to bed,” said Darren. Keyla and Kurama nodded their heads and Luna and Darren walked to Luna's room. Luna took her pants off leaving her in her shirt and underwear and Darren took his shirt and pants off. Luna laid down on her bed with Kit resting on her stomach and Darren laid down next to her only in his boxers. Kit curled up into a ball on Luna's stomach and fell asleep.

Soon Luna was fast asleep and Darren sat up deciding to take a shower before he fell asleep. While he was in the shower two figures were in the shadows outside of the room. The two looked in the window then at a picture they had nodding their head. Then jumped into the room quietly and walked over to the bed. They acted like they were going to get Luna and Kit jumped in the way causing him to go in the bag they had. The one guy looked at the other saying, “Looks like he fell for it since we got him.” The other figure nodded his head while putting a piece or parchment down near Luna then they both jumped out of the window. While outside of the window they shut it before they started off.

A moment later Luna woke up since she didn't feel Kit laying on her stomach anymore. She sat up and started looking around her room for him. Just as she started looking for Kit Darren walked out of the shower and saw her looking around the room. “What are you doing Luna?” asked Darren. “Looking for Kit I can't find him,” said Luna. Darren looked over at the bed and saw a piece of parchment on the bed. He walked over picking the parchment up and quickly read it before calling Luna over to see what he found. He told her what he found then gave her the parchment letting her read it and the parchment said:

 

Luna

Since I know if I were to go after you directly your father would kill me again and I can't have that happening just yet so because of that I took something from you. If you want your precious fox back follow the directions on the back. Also only you and your `mate' can come and get him back

Karasu

 

Luna dropped the parchment and looked at Darren, anger burning in her eyes. She opened her mouth and said……
