Dark side of The Moon
II
Hiei closed his eyes for a moment, his breathing still upbeat. Inside, he was yelling at himself for being so emotional. There wasn't any room to be that way.
Koenma was first to break the silence. "So...you were one of the families that were attacked by Matsuyo?" he asked.
Hiei glared over at the toddler. "I don't want to talk about it right now," he said icily.
Koenma sighed. "Well...I was...about to tell everyone that Matsuyo is who we are after, as he is the only demon that is a suspect..."
"All right, do you know where he is? We shall go after him a soon as possible," spoke Kurama his eyes not at Koenma, but still looking at Hiei.
"I've already told Botan where it is and I'll have her lead you there," said Koenma quietly. Everyone seemed hushed after Hiei's outburst.
"Very well," said Kurama.
Botan looked away from Hiei for a moment. "Should we go now?" she asked them.
"Yes," said Hiei. His eyes were narrowed. It was obvious he was plotting revenge.
Yusuke slightly waved at Koenma before they all left the room.

The group of five paused as they stopped in front a huge palace. Yusuke's mouth dropped. He had never seen anything like it in his life before. Even all of the other places put together couldn't compare to this structure. It seemed to stretch on for miles and miles and it seemed to reach the very heavens themselves. Yusuke took in a deep breath. He wondered what this Matsuyo looked like if he lived in a palace this huge.
Hiei was looking at the ground. He didn't even bother to look at it. 'I finally have my chance to bring forth my revenge...' he thought.
Botan broke off his thoughts. "Well, I'll be going. Good luck boys..." she whispered. Botan was shaking in fear. She was acting as if Matsuyo might bust through the front doors right in a few seconds.
Kuwabara clenched his fists as he stared at the castle. "Goodbye Botan," he said, not bothering to look at her.
Not getting a response from anyone else, Botan turned and her oar appeared. "Bye boys," she whispered before hopping on it and flying off.
Yusuke turned, watching her disappear before looking at everyone. "Well let's go in," he said heading forward towards the towering wooden doors. The other three followed behind.
Yusuke paused before opening the door. "Should I knock?" he asked.
"No fool, just open the door," said Hiei angrily.
"Shut up porcupine," insulted Yusuke as he turned to the demon.
"Grease slick," growled Hiei.
"Stop it," said Kurama flatly. He walked past the two and pushed open the door. It let out a loud creak that echoed through the night.
Kuwabara shivered. "I got the tickle again..." he whispered, getting a weird look from the others.
"One more thing to worry about," mumbled Yusuke before they all walked into the castle. Torches of violet flames were aligned along the walls, casting eerie shadows.
"I don't like this. I really don't like this..." whined Kuwabara as he inched along.
Hiei went to say something before there was a loud crash. All of the torches burnt out.
"Uhh...guys?" muttered Yusuke shakily.
NOTE: Haha cliffy! Sorry, but I had to end it! I know it's short, but I got to work on my research project for English!
