Chapter 19 Hard Hit of Truth
(I truthfully have no idea if this title has anything to do with the chapter...)
(BACK WITH YUSUKE AND THE OTHERS)
While Vera was running away (and Trako making sure she didn’t go the wrong way), Yusuke and the others were able to get Mukuro pinned to the floor. Yusuke on one arm and leg, Kuwabara on the others. Hiei had his katana to her neck.
“I hope you’re prepared to die, Mukuro.” he says, pressing the tip of his katana tight below her neck.
“I’m not going to die, Hiei. I’ll find a way to escape before you can kill me. And plus, I bet Koenma had some questions to ask me. He knows that I know some things that he may need to know.” she says smirking up at Hiei. Hiei growls at her and lifts up his sword.
“Fox, hurry up and make the portal.” Hiei commands. Kurama was already on it.
Few seconds pass, and the portal is made. Yusuke and Kuwabara lift up Mukuro and walk through the portal.
“I’m going to get the onna and Trako. Keep the portal open until I get back with them.” He tells Kurama before he dashes off to Trako and Vera.
When he reaches there, Vera was poking at some grass that was sticking straight up and very lengthy.
Hiei tells Trako to go back to the mansion and that there was a portal there. Trako nods and picks up Vera and throws her on his shoulders and quickly flies back to the mansion.
They arrive at the portal and go through, Kurama was the last to enter, because he had to close the portal so no other demons could come through or out.
They dropped Mukuro off in Spirit World and went straight back to Genkai’s temple and just laid around.
“Welcome back, Vera.” Genkai says from the door way. Yukina comes popping out from behind her and hugs Vera.
“You worried me greatly, Vera.” She says.
“I’m sorry Yukina, I didn’t mean to worry you.” Vera says smiling.
Genkai walks over to Trako.
“Who are you?”
“Er... I’m Trako...” he says, showing signs of being nervous.
“YOU WON’T BELIEVE HOW COOL AND COMPLEX HE IS GENKAI First he captured me, then he helped rescue me ” Vera says jumping up and down, holding a very happy Felix in her arms (remember Felix? ^.^)
“So you are an ally of Mukuro’s?” she asks.
“HELL NO, LADY THAT EVIL BITCH IS.... AN EVIL BITCH ” He screams out waving his arms around at Genkai.
“Well, then, why are you here?”
“... cuz I have no where else to go...uh...”
Genkai sighs, “I guess you could stay here, but you’d have to share a room with someone.”
“HE CAN’T STAY IN VE----“ Erin starts off, but, he was interrupted by Trako.
“I WANNA SHARE A ROOM WITH VERA ” he says happily.
Erin starts hitting him on the head repeatably. Trako struggles to get away but Erin kept him where he was and just continued to beat up his head.
“Um... Genkia, is my room ready yet?” Vera asks while trying to pry Erin away from Trako. (But failing)
“Koenma said to give you this and that you should go to the mall and buy what ever you want.”
Genkai hands Vera a black leather wallet. Vera takes it and opens it up, inside is at least 50 thousand dollar bills, then 50 100's, then 50 50's, then 50 20's, 50 10's, 50 5's, then at least a 100 1's.
Vera was gonking at her wallet, and so was Yusuke.
“WHAT THE HELL THAT’S NOT FAIR HE NEVER GAVE ME THAT AND I’M HIS SPIRIT DETECTIVE I DO ALL HIS DIRTY WORK SINCE HE CAN’T DO IT HIMSELF ” He yells out at Genkai.
Genkai speaks as though Yusuke hadn’t said anything, “Koenma said that if you some how run out of money, that the wallet will automatically refill with cash.”
By the time Genkai was done saying that, Vera was jumping up and down. Felix had jumped out of her arms, He ran over to Hiei who had just jumped through a window.
“Onna, get you damn fox away from me.” He says about to kick the fox who was sniffing his feet and wagging it’s tail.
Vera runs over and jumps onto Hiei’s back. She plays with his the back of hi hair as she speaks.
“Hiei, I’d like to thank you for rescuing me, and I’d also like to ask if you’d like to go to the mall with me. I’ll be willing to get you anything you like.” She says taking off his bandana and putting it on.
Hiei was wide eyed and just standing there.
HIEI’S POINT OF VIEW

REGULAR POINT OF VIEW
Hiei gets angry and goes to jump out of the window when Trako blocks his way.
“Hey, if you forgot she’s still on your back.” he says smirking.
Hiei growls and tries to drop her off his back, but she clings on.
“Come with me Hiei and I’ll get off ”
“I won’t if you don’t give me my bandana back, onna ”
She gets off of his back and takes off his bandana and hands it to him, he takes it with a growl and puts it back on.
“Now, who else shall I take?” She asks looking around.
Yusuke and Kuwabara jumped up and down in front of Vera, she payed no attention.
“Kurama-kun?” she asks.
“I’d gladly go with you.”
“Hm.......... Erin? Trako?” she asks.
“Sorry, ningen malls ain’t my thing, but I’ll take you to the Makai mall some time.” Trako says. Vera smiles widely and nods her head.
“Eh... No thanks, I’d also prefer the makai mall, sorry Vera.” Erin says yawning.
“Ok, no problem... oh that’s sad... I’m only taking 2 people.... Yukina?”
“Oh, that’s be great Thanks Vera.” Yukina says happily.
“UW UW UW UW UW ME ME ME ME ME ME ” Yusuke and Kuwabara says now jumping up and down and waving their hands in Vera’s face.
“Hm... where’d Alyssa go?” she asks looking around.
“She went back to the Makai for a while to train, or maybe to make sure that Mukuro’s mansion place is safe or whatever, I wasn’t completely listening to her when she told me.” Trako says smiling sheepishly.
“Oh ok then...... *gets hit in the face with Kuwabara’s waving hand* OW ok ok ok you guys can come ” ouch... gez Kazuma.” she says rubbing her nose.
“0.0 oops sorry Vera.” he says.
“Lets get going then, shall we?” Kurama asks smiling at Vera.
Vera nods, she grabs Hiei’s arm and drags him out of the temple and down the stairs. (And she ran the whole way down too)When they get to the bottom, they come to a red Jaguar (the car).
“Kurama.... is this your ride? 0.0 Vera asks amazed.
“ Yes.” He replies nicely as he open a door for Vera she gets in and sits in the middle. Yusuke had run to the other side and gotten on Vera’s right. Kuwabara called shot gun, and Hiei had to sit next to Vera.
“I’m not riding in it.” he says standing in front of the door and snarling at it.
“Hiei, I assure you that you won’t need to worry —“ Kurama says, but before he could go on... Yusuke said something.
“Yah, it’s not like Vera is driving.”
Vera laughs sheepishly.
“I said no.” Hiei says starting to walks off, but Vera jumped out and grabbed his hand and whirled him around.
“You get in or say bye bye to your bandana.” Hiei seems to think for a minute, but then gets in and sits next to Yusuke.
“Yukina, you can sit on my lap.” Vera says smiling. So Yukina sits on her lap and Kurama gets in and starts the car. And they drive away.
Probably 5 minutes from the mall and Vera finally speaks through Yusuke and Kuwabara’s bickering.
“Kurama-kun, can we stop buy one of the places that sell cars, I wanna get a car, I gots me drivers license.”
Yusuke stops bickering, “ And we still have no idea how the hell she got it.” Vera hits him on the arm.
“Sure, we’ll stop buy on the way back from the mall.”
Vera smiles nicely and nods her head.

Next Chapter, is full of shopping mayhem....er I think I spelled that right....
