Another Mission?

“What! Koenma are you serious!” Screamed the once-to-be-dead Reikai Tantei leader. The black haired boy was obviously upset about having another mission. The gang just previously got back from another mission that lasted for two weeks.

“Yes, I know this was sudden, Yusuke, but we need your help,” the thousand year old baby told him.

“Yah sure, you guys always need our help. Can't you get some other group to do it? I mean we're tired! We need a break!” he yelled.

The fox demon decided to calm him down, “Calm down, Yusuke. I'm sure another mission won't hurt us. How difficult is this new mission Koenma?”

He sat in his chair and thought about it for a moment. The silence was irritating Yusuke. “Um…well,” He started. “It shouldn't take long, hopefully.”

“What do ya mean HOPEFULLY! You don't even know how long this is gonna take!” Yusuke was very angry now. Kuwabara hadn't said anything for he was only thinking on how to impress Yukina. Hiei was watching the boy fight with a toddler and sighed to himself.

Koenma started up again, “Anyway, I need you to go on a rescue mission. Here is a picture of the hostage.” He showed them a picture of a young girl about Hiei's height. She had black hair with red tips and ruby eyes. Hiei was staring at the picture for a minute or two. Kurama noticed this and smiled thinking that his friend might have found interest in this girl. He didn't think that again after Hiei glared at him. “So,” Koenma said. “She has been held hostage for the past two years-“

“WHAT! And we're now looking into this assignment!” The gelled hair boy yelled again. Kuwabara was drooling as he was looking at the picture.

Kuwabara then blurted out, “MAN! She is hot!” He got a hit on the head from Yusuke.

“What about Yukina? Did you forget about her? He was very upset and now taunting Kuwabara. They were fighting about girls again. This seemed to happen every time they had to rescue a pretty girl.

Koenma then shouted, “Guys! Shut up! As I was saying she was being held prisoner for the past two years because we didn't know that she went missing. Reina is her name and she is a hybrid demon. A princess as a matter o' fact.”

“Great, now we're dealing with royalty. This is what I need! A whiny little girl! Just PERFECT!” Yusuke couldn't contain his anger anymore. The two human boys started fighting again so Koenma decided to tell the two demon boys more on the mission.

“The place is somewhere in the Makai area specifically in the western area so Hiei, you might be able to find where this place is. Be careful though. People have said that there are very strong demons there.

They won't care if they kill her or not. We don't want to start a war or anything.” He took a deep breath. “It is very important that you find her. Her guardians are getting a little angry on how long they have been missing her. They only figured out after I figured it out. Please try to make this a quick mission.” The two understood and chose to tell the others when they are on their way.

“ Koenma,” Kurama asked. “Can we leave tomorrow? We need to at least get some sleep and regain our energy.” He nodded and the boys left his office. This is going to be difficult. Koenma thought.

Miko: YAY! ANOTHER ONE DONE!

Hiei: are you always this hyper?

Miko: yes…hyper spasm!

Hiei: what the heck is that?

Miko: it's a phrase I made up…when I'm hyper I call it a hyper spasm!

Hiei: you are hopeless sometimes…
