Yusuke watched helplessly as Hiei, Kuwabara and Kurama were sliced apart before his very eyes by a shadowy figure. The shadow then turned to Yusuke and before he could react, Yusuke was stabbed through the heart. As he fell to the blood soaked ground, he saw the figure holding Kayko by the head and holding her above him. The shadow growled, “This woman's delicious blood is the last thing you will ever see.” It proceeded to tear her apart as Yusuke died.

“KAYKOOOOOO!” Yusuke yelled as he awoke with a start in his bed. Kayko yelled “Yusuke! Get you butt out of bed and put some clothes on. Kuwabara is already here.” Yusuke crawled out of bed, thinking “This is the third night in a row I've had this nightmare.”

He walked downstairs while Kuwabara yelled up to him, “It's about time you got your lazy ass out of bed!”

“Shut up, dumbass! Do you know if we're meeting Kurama and Hiei up at Grandma's?” Yusuke responded.

“Yeah, they're going to meet us up there. By the way, do you know why Boton wants us to come back to spirit world?”

“Not a clue,” Yusuke said, “but we'll find out when we get there.”

 

“Morons!” Genkai shouted.

“Cool your jets, Grandma. We made it with enough time to spare.” Yusuke said.

Hiei snarled “You're both still late. But I case it can't be helped considering your limited intelligence.”

Kuwabara yelled “Stuff it, half-pint! Not everyone can run as fast as you.”

“I hope you two are ready for anything. King Yama specifically asked for us which means he must have something dangerous planned for us.” Kurama counciled.

“It doesn't matter what he has planned.” Yusuke bragged, “We can handle anything!”

Boton cuts in, “Not to be rude, but this portal isn't going to stay open for much longer.”

As they walk through the portal, Yusuke smiled and thought to himself “This old man better have one hell of a challenge for us.”
