CHAPTER 7: ARRESTED FOR WHAT?
Right after breakfast, Hiei and Erika went to the same opening there were in the first time Hiei trained Erika.
This time however, there were to katanas.
“Alright, pick it up,” Hiei ordered as he took his shirt off.
Erika did as told, but she was confused. After she picked up her katana, Hiei did the same and faced her.
“Alright, now I want you to attack me,” he instructed.
“WHAT?” Erika was now even more confused.
“You heard me. Come on, right in the chest. I’ve wanted to feel some real pain. I want you to hurt me, that is if you’re not a coward,” teased Hiei as he patted his chest, egging Erika on.
“Alright. I don’t want to hurt you, but you asked for it.”
Erika got into the position that Hiei taught her. With some newly acquired speed, Erika went in for the attack. She was inches away from Hiei’s chest, when she and her sword were pushed back with a powerful force.
“What the hell?” she yelled.
“Try again.”
Erika did just that. She went in for another attack. Again she missed. She went in for one attack, right after the other. Every time she would miss.
“Erika, relax. Stop breathing so hard,” instructed Hiei, blocking another attack. Finally, Erika got a slight scratch on Hiei’s chest. “Impressive. I haven’t been scratched in a long time.”
Erika smiled, pleased with herself.
“But it won’t happen again,” said Hiei.
Now Erika was even more determined then ever to get Hiei. With a playful smile, Erika went for the , quote unquote ‘kill’.
However, Hiei disarmed her and grabbed her waist all in one motion.
“Hiei, let go,” smile Erika.
“Why would I?” Hiei teased.
“Hiei.”
“Hn?”
“Don’t blame me, but this might hurt,” said Erika as she tried to hit him across the face.
With fast reflexes, Hiei caught her hand. “Sorry love, but I can’t let you do that.”
“Why not?” Erika asked confused.
“Do you really want to know?” Hiei asked seductively.
Erika nodded.
Hiei smiled. He licked his lips and then planted them softly one her lips.
It was as though they were glued to each other by their lips. Hiei then sat on the ground and forced Erika down with him. She sat on his lap and during all this, they were still kissing.
Soon Erika let go.
“Why Point Butt, I didn’t know you cared,” she teased.
“Well Big Mouth, I have to say that your big mouth came in use for something,” he teased back.
Erika then pushed Hiei. He grabbed her arm and the two of them rolled down the hill laughing. In the end, Hiei ended up on top of Erika. He bent down and kissed her lips. This time however, his tongue licked her lips, as though it was begging for permission to come in. Erika couldn’t help it. She just let him in. Erika and Hiei wished it would never end.
Of course, their wish would never come true.
Two people came stomping over. One brown haired and angry, one blue haired and a worried.
“Erika you are under arrest by order of the king of the underworld, King Enma, my father,” yelled out the teenage form of Koenma.
Erika and Hiei stopped kissing.
“Arrested? Arrested for what?” Hiei asked.
“Miss Erika went snooping around in my private files the night she came here. I just found out a few minutes ago,” said the young prince.
“Only because Botan said told me that you said it was alright,” argued Erika.
“Lying won’t get you anywhere except into a deeper and darker fate,” said Koenma. He took out spirit handcuffs and put them on Erika. It gave her a slight shock and she was knocked out. Erika fell into Koenma’s arms.
“Erika!” Hiei yelled. He then faced Koenma. “You can’t do this.”
“Don’t tell me what I can and can’t do or you’ll find yourself in a Spirit Jail Cell,” said Koenma. And with that, he disappeared with the unconscious Erika.
“NOOO!” Hiei shouted as he fell to the ground. //I never even got the chance to tell her how much I love her// he thought.
Botan, who didn’t go with Koenma, also dropped to the ground an began to cry.
