(A/N) This next chapter takes place from after Erika’s dream up to when she is taken away, just so that there is no confusion.
Hiei: Eirka can I ask you something?
Eirka: Alright...what is it?
Hiei: WHY DID YOU HAVE TO WRITE A STORY ABOUT ME? WHY COULDN’T IT BE ABOUT KURAMA?
Eirka: First of all, you are the hot one, second I like you, and third, it’s so easy to pick on you.
Hiei: Hn....
Eirka: Will you say the disclaimer?
Hiei: Hn...no.
Eirka: Kurama, will you say the disclaimer?
Kurama: Alright. Eirka Black410 Does not own YuYu Hakusho. *pulls Hiei out of the room* Come on, you and I have to talk.

CHAPTER 8: WHAT?!
(after Erika’s dream)
Cat and Kurama were outside Erika’s room. They were glad that she was okay, but they still felt uneasy. Something didn’t feel right to them. It was as though they felt something terrible was going to happen soon, but they didn’t know what. Kurama soon noticed that Cat was more uneasy then him.
“Cat, are you alright?” he asked.
Cat looked into his eyes. “No, Kurama. I guess you could say that after hearing that scream of Erika’s, I guess you could say that I’m a bit nervous.”
Kurama frowned. “Do you want to spend the night with me? Maybe it will calm you down,” he suggested.
“Yes. Thanks you Kurama”, Cat smiled slightly.
(Kurama’s room)
Cat was still a bit uneasy. Kurama noticed this and put his arms around her.
“Relax”, he whispered.
His voice tickled in her ear and so she relaxed.
“That’s my girl,” he smiled.
Cat looked him in the eye. “What do you mean ‘my girl’?” she asked.
Kurama smiled.
“I mean that I love you. I really do love you. I’ve loved you ever since Hiei introduced us three years ago,” said Kurama.
“Really?” Cat looked like she was going to cry. She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Was Kurama actually telling the truth? She realized that he had to be. His eyes were so full of passion.
Kurama knew how to answer this. He planted his lips on hers. A kiss was the prefect way for him to respond. Cat kissed back. She put her arms around Kurama and he put his arms around her waist. They never wanted to let go of each other.
Finally, the pulled away. “I know that I just recently told you how I really felt, but I always knew how you felt, so Cat, would honor me with something?” he asked.
Cat nodded.
“Would you be my mate?” he whispered seductively.
Cat nodded again as Kurama began to kiss her again. This time he went down to her neck and sank his fangs in. He sucked her blood. it took a lot out of her, but it was worth it. When Kurama stopped, she fell into his arms.
Kurama picked her up and laid down in his bed. As he did this, he place Cat on his bare chest.
“Sleep well kitten”, he whispered, stroking her hair.
(Koenma’s Castle)
“Koenma!” yelled a fierce voice.
“Yes father?” said Koenma.
“Is everything ready?” King Enma asked.
“Yes. Erika will be my wife and princess of the Underworld,” replied Koenma.
“Good. You and Boton will go to pick her up tomorrow,” laughed the king.
(during that morning)
Cat lightly nuzzled her head into Kurama’s chest.
“I see that you are doing better,” Kurama whispered.
Cat answered with a kiss on Kurama’s lips. “Much better.”
“Well good morning to you too,” Kurama teased slightly. He was finally glad that he told Cat how he felt. He was finally glad that he had her. He was finally glad that he was with a girl that he loved with all his heart.
“Kurama?” Cat said.
“Yeah,” he answered.
“Do you think Hiei will mark Erika?” she asked.
“I’m not to sure. Hiei has never been in love, well at least that I know of. I’m not sure. But he might”, Kurama said, keeping his and Cat’s hopes up. They both really wanted Hiei to be happy.
“Well I hope he marks her for love and not just for mating,” said Cat. She then stood up and went to the door.
“Same,” said Kurama as he and Cat went to the kitchen for breakfast.
“Morning you two”, Yusuke said as Cat and Kurama entered.
No one knew about Cat’s mark as it was hidden by her hair.
“Morning Yusuke,” Cat greeted back.
She and Kurama sat down and began to serve themselves breakfast. As they began to eat, Erika and Hiei walked in. Unlike Cat, Erika’s hair didn’t cover her mark.
Everyone noticed the mark on Erika’s neck.
“Hiei you animal”, teased Yusuke.
“You dog,” Cat teased. “Though I have to say that I never thought I’d see the day.”
“Very cute,” said Kurama. “But I have to agree, I never thought I would see the day. Actually, I never thought it would be my little sister to steal the heart of my best friend.”
Erika smiled and blushed. However, she didn’t know what the big deal about this mark was.
“Erika are you blushing?” Yusuke teased.
“SHUT UP!” yelled Erika.
“Come on Erika, we have training to do,” said Hiei, driving Erika away. There was a slight shade of pink in Hiei’s cheeks and it gave everyone the chills.
“Is it me, or was Hiei blushing?” Cat asked.
“He was blushing. But that has never happened. He loves my sister that’s for sure,” said Kurama.
“That’s a shocker,” said Cat.
(later that day)
Kurama was laying down on the couch with Cat on top of him. He was stroking her hair, while they watched Kuwabara and Yusuke arguing about some stupid thing. Keiko was outside, helping Yukina with her garden, Hiei was training Erika, and Genkai was at her hot springs, meditating.
So it was only the young couple and the arguing bakas. No one was expecting the next sound.
“NOOO!” Hiei shouted.
It was a surprise that everyone could hear him over Yusuke and Kuwabara.
“Oh, no! What could have happened?” Cat asked, worried.
“I don’t know, but we better find out, NOW!” yelled Kurama, as he, Cat, Yusuke, and Kuwabara all ran to where Hiei was.
(in the opening)
Tears formed into Hiei’s eyes. They tried to force their way out, but Hiei would not let them. He wanted to cry out to the world, but he could not cry without some one to comfort him.
Soon he heard footsteps. He blinked his tears away and stood up.
“Hiei, what happened?” Yusuke asked.
“Koenma took her”, said Hiei.
“WHAT?!” was all the others could say.
