Author's POV

While the girls were going to their first period class, the boys that they passed by were watching them.

"So… Did you see that girl with the orangish hair? I think she likes you Shuji." Koji said. Koji was the boy with blue hair and azure.

"Sure she does, Koji. She wasn't even looking at me." Shuji was the boy that Chise was looking at. His grayish/brownish hair, gray like eyes, and rectangular glasses that were also gray.

"Are you sure? Cause when I saw you catching her looking at her, I saw her blush."

"Whatever man." Shuji said rolling his eyes.

"Actually I did see her do that." Yuseke said with a smirk.

"No, she didn't." Shuji and fighting the blush that was threatening to show up.

"Though. That girl with her, she did look somewhat like you, you know." Kurama said to Koji.

"She did? I didn't really pay attention to her. I was paying attention to Shuji's new girlfriend." Koji

"She's not my girlfriend, and I don't even know her name yet, aho." Shuji said.

"Hey you guys! Don't you think we should go to class? Some of us have to go to the West Building and some of us need to go to the East Building." Kuwabara said.

"You're still here?" Hiei rudely said.

"What? Too short to see me?" Kuwabara challenged.

"No. I just thought that you were some crap that was standing in our way." Hiei snorted.

"Why you little--." Kuwabara was cut off from the bell.

"Oh crap! We're late!" Yuseke yelled.

"What?!" Shuji looked at him watch. "We better get going! Our first period class is in the west building!"

Then the boys started to run in all directions trying to get to their class on time, even when they were already late.

~*~Chise and Botan~*~

"Hey Chise?" Botan asked

"Yeah?" Chise responded.

"Go you think this is too small?"

Botan showed her the shorts that she had and they were a swimming suit like outfit on the inside and a gray baggy sweatshirt on the outside.

"No. I think that it looks fine. No how about me?"

"It's a perfect fit."

(Don't think anything perverted)

Then they burst out into fits of giggles. When they were done, they went outside to meet the class.

"OKAY EVERYONE! TEREDA-SENSEI! ON THE LEFT! KINIMOTO-SENSEI! THE RIGHT!" and so forth with it. "KINIMOTO-SENSEI AND TEREDA-SENSEI WILL MERDGE FOR THE WEEK! THEY WILL BE COMBINING THEIR CLASSES, SINCE KINIMOTO- SENSEI MIGHT NOT BE HERE IN A WHILE SINCE SHE JUST HAD HER BABY!"

Botan and Chise looked at each other and silently cheered. But then something red caught her eyes. She looked around and saw a really cute guy with red hair.

~*~Botan POV~*~

Omigod! I have to stop looking at him,but look at his hair it's so shiny. I think his hair is even better than mines. I thought and ran a hand through my hair, not knowing that I was still looking at him. When he came up to me I still didn't know he was there.

"Miss? Can I help you?" the cute guy asked. Then I saw snapped out of my daydream.

"Huh? Nani?" I looked confused.

~*~Kurama POV~*~

I saw a girl with blue hair that was just a little lighter than Take's. She seems to be staring at me. I smirked and walked up to her.

"Miss? Can I help you?" I asked.

"Huh? Nani?" she looked confused. She looked really cute like that.

I chuckled and she blushed.

Botan was really embarrassed. A guy saw her staring at him and she was practically drooling over him.

"My names Shuichi Kurama Minnamo. But my friends call me Kurama. What's your name?" He said in his cute accent (I'm going with the English version).

She blushed again.

"My name's Botan Mitsuhara. Nice to meet you." She said with her head down because she was blushing.

"Oh contraire." He said. "I'll see you around." He finished with a wink, which made her blush a crimson color. Then he walked away.

"Oi. B-Chan. What's wrong? Your face is red, was it that guy you were talking to?" Chise asked snapping her out of her daydream.

"Nani?" Botan asked.

Chise giggled.

"Botan? Are you loving sick from a certain red head guy?" She teased.

"No." Botan responded while blushing.

"uh-huh." she said with sparkles in her eyes.

"Chise!"

Chise giggled again.

"C'mon, let's go and do what we need to do before we get yelled at."

They then giggled.

~*~Kurama and Hiei~*~

"Hey Hiei? What do you think of that girl?" Kurama asked Hiei.

"Who?" he responded.

"The girl with the blue hair."

Hiei looked and smirked.

"What you like her?"

"What!? No! Of course not. I just think she looks cute." He mumbled in the end.

"Sure you do." Hiei snorted knowing his best friend more than Kurama knows himself. "C'mon lets go back to playing soccer before we get into trouble."

Kurama chuckled. Then they went into the field just when they saw Botan and Chise stretching.

"Hey Botan!" Kurama yelled.

Botan's head shot up and she blushed.

"Ohayo Kurama-kun." Botan replied shyly.

"Kurama-kun?" Chise whispered.

"Omigod! I said that?" Botan whispered in disbelief.

Chise giggled.

"Shut up Chise! It isn't funny!"

"Gomen, Gomen nasai. I didn't mean it."

"it's ok." Botan said with a giggle.

"SET UP TEAMS! SEIGO (OOC) BOTAN TEAM CAPTAINS!"

"m-me?" Botan asked nervously.

"yes you." Tereda-Sensei responded.

"o-ok."

Botan walked up to the front and stood a little farther away from Seigo.

"BOTAN! PICK FIRST!"

"O-Ok...um...Chise." Botan said.

"Hiei."

"Sakura."

"Kurama."

"Taka shi."

"Diana."

"Cassie."

"Sean."

"Adam. "

"Koenma."

"Nani?!" Botan bursted out.

Everyone looked at her and she did see Koenma. The guy with brown hair and coffee brown eyes. She even heard Chise gasp, demo, they saw Koenma smirk. Botan glared at him.

"It's your turn." Seigo said.

"Oh. Um...Megumi."

And so forth with the names. In the end, there was 20/20. Then they started to play kickball. In the end, Botan's and Seigo's team had a tie.

"You play pretty good, missy." Seigo said patting her waist; his hand was really close to her butt.

"You go any lower and I will make you regret it." Botan threatened.

"Yeah. Like you can."

~*~Botan POV~*~

I could feel his hands slide lower. But then I heard someone growl.

"Hey Kurama. Hehehehe. I didn't know that she was your girl."

I blushed when he said that.

"If your hand goes any lower, I will be forced to hurt you." Kurama threatened.

Then I felt his hands retreat and I breathed a sigh of relief and quickly walked away.

"You okay?" Kurama asked with a lot of concern in his voice and I felt like blushing, but I resisted.

"Um...Yeah. I'm fine. Thanks. I mean for coming to help me." I said. I couldn't help it...it felt like I wasn't able to even from a sentence if he's in front of me. I feel so stupid now.

"It's okay. I hope we have the same classes. I can't help but not see you."

I blushed deep. I mean really deep, crimson I thought my face would explode.

"Yeah, you too." Then I saw Chise waving at me. "Oh, um...sorry, but I have to go, my friend's right there. See you later, Bye!" and I ran off without hearing his response.

I just knew one thing though… I knew that this year...is going to be hell of a year.
