They dreamt again and it was always about open, fresh, crisp air filled with all kinds of scents and running through the forest.
They belonged there. Their hearts, souls and minds knew it.
But it was only a dream that they could never have or touch.
They can only dream.
Dream.... dream... dream an eternal dream...

"HA!!" A boy shot up, blankets flying off as he panted for air; his skin damp with sweat. "What... the.. hell...." He murmured, holding his wrapped up forehead to hide his Jagan Eye.
He had that dream again. The dream of a silver fox big as a full grown wolf with glowing gold eyes standing there in the middle of the fog of the forest and he stood there, watching it. In in a split second the silver fox and another fox only a bit smaller; with gold fur and glowing red eyes, both running through the nightly damp forest.
They both ran and ran with no trace of stopping and he was there running with them, between them; feeling the cold damp air against his face. His heart beating so fast he could hear it in his ears.
It was wonderful.
*Yet spooky and strange.* He thought.
Hiei climbed out of bed, glad that his twin sister was sleeping over a friend’s house. He would have been slightly embarrassed if he had woken her up again with his murmuring about his dream. They did, after all, share the same bed since he was only able to afford a two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a good decent size kitchen and living room.
Making his way towards the kitchen, Hiei didn't bother to turn on the lights and just reached for the fridge door and opened it. He stood there staring at it as the cool air coming from it sent shivers down his spine from his damp skin.
He spotted a lone orange and took it, shutting the fridge with his foot as he reached for a knife to peel it. Sitting on the counter he began to peel, drifting back to his dream.
*Why... why do I keep having that dream? Why do I dream about those fox's? Why???*
Hiei winced as he sliced his index finger. Laying the knife and orange down, he raised his cut finger to see blood ooze to the surface. He stared at it then held it upside down, watching it drop from the tip of his finger and fall towards the cold tile floor.
*PLIP*

Slowly, a deep green emerald eye slit open.
A female with her blonde hair up in a bun, gasp as she saw the green eyes open a little more; a some what stoic expression on his feminine face. His blood, crimson red hair floated around in the neon blue water in a sphere-like globe. His arms were spread out to the side, tied. He was dressed in a silver body suit.
His green eyes stayed open. They were dull and lifeless, but just staring.
The other scientist there joined the blonde female, murmuring and muttering to one another as they stared at the feminine like boy.
"Is he finally awake?"
"I don't know. His vital signs still remain the same as if he is still asleep.”
"This is the second time he had response to something. What was the first? Blood?"
"Hai, demon's blood. Fire demon's blood to be exact."
"Hm.. But why did he awake now?”
"I don't know, but the other is still asleep." The female looked at the sphere next to his, filled with neon green liquid. A young female floated there in the huge like sphere. Black-blue hair floating around, eyes closed to prove she hasn't response to what awaken her companion.
"Miss! His signs! They're growing stronger!!"

Hiei flinched again as he this time sliced his palm, more blood leaking out.
"Fuck..."
He reached for a dishtowel and wrapped it around his bleeding hand.

A pulse came the boy's body. It pulsed again as his heartbeat once more.
It continued as well as his vital signs grew stronger and stronger. The man at the computers watching his status, screamed and took off as the computer blew up. The flames reflected off its companion sphere.
"His power!! It's getting out of hand!! We have to do something!!"
"Find someway to stabilize his condition! NOW!!"
"Yes ma'am!!" Three scientists ran off as the lady looked up at the neon blue sphere to see more bubbles were floating in it.
The boy's eyes were closed, but his whole body seemed to glow in some kind of energy aura. Her brown eyes and turned to the other sphere. The female was still asleep, unaware of what was going on. Her closed eyes did twitch a little, but that was all she showed.
As the female scientist studied the other sleeping figure. The eyes snapped open, glowing a yellow gold.
The aura surrounding his body, burst out in a wave of power.
It shattered the sphere.

Demon Yuki: *giggles* Hai. Especially yours, niisan!
D.S: WHA!?? Whattya mean???
D.Y: *just giggles again*
D.S: *growls* Why the hell am I even in here??? Where's my controller?? I WASN'T DONE PLAYING JAK!!!!
D.Y: *rolls her eyes* And they say girl's demand alot.
D.S: *growls again*
