LF: *mutters* mine are better

 

LW: I heard that you baka.

LW: I will call you what I want

 

Hiei: I have a felling this is going to go on for a while so I'll do the disclaimer. LW and LF don't own anyone except for Wolf, Fox, and Akita and for that I am grateful for that because I would hate to see what would have happen.

Wolf entered the room Genkai told her to sleep in to see Hiei sitting on her windowsill. “Can I help you?” she asked coldly not wanting him in her room. Hiei “Hn”ed and she realized he wasn't going to leave so she turned around, about to walk to Fox's room to sleep, but her way was blocked by the fire ice demon. “Where are you going?” he asked impatiently.

 

“None of your business.” She retorted trying to walk around him but he kept stepping in her way. She wanted to use her powers but she didn't want to reveal herself yet so she retained herself. She still had seven days staring tomorrow. She felt a spark of pain at her side where she had the gash that Yukina was unable to heal fully so bandaged earlier. Her hand fell instantly to the precise spot only to be pulled back up covered in blood. She looked up at Hiei to see him looking from her hand to her side and back and then all went black for her. Hiei saw her falling after losing consciousness.

 

He quickly caught her and took her to the living room where everyone was including Shizuru and except Kurama and Fox. When he entered the room everyone looked up and started to run around. Botan went to get fresh clothes, Kayko went to get towels to clean up the blood, Yukina went to get her herbs, Shizuru went to get bandages, Kuwabaka went to follow Yukina, and Yusuke was demanding Hiei to tell him what happened. Hiei ignored the detective's shouting and set Wolf down on the couch. Yukina came in and shooed all the boys away so the girls had room to rebandage the heavily bleeding gash on Wolf's side. Akita stood in the corner watching the other girls try in vain to heal her queen's bleeding side. She saw Yukina sigh in frustration and knew the ice maiden had figured it out as well.

 

Akita pulled a black thorned rose out from her hair that she had brought from the palace garden and saw there was one hidden in her queen's hair as well. She stepped from the shadows looking at the wonderful flower in her hand that her queen had grown years ago and said, “Yukina, there are only two flowers that can heal Lady Wolf.” She looked past the flower for a second to make sure she had the ice maiden's full attention and she did which caused her to look at the rose again. “ A silver rose and a black rose.” She continued handing the rose to Yukina. “ Smash the petals and mix it with some sage. Than work that on the wound and it should be fully healed in two days. You only need to put the medication on now and it will work.” Yukina nodded and began to work.

 

A half an hour later Wolf's wound was bandaged and her uniform was changed with black training pants and a red spaghetti strap shirt with a black wolf on it and they left her shoes on. Yukina called Hiei back in to take Wolf upstairs to her room to rest. He did as told and set her down on the black bed brushing away some of her white bangs that got in her face. He took his time removing his hand from her face. He suddenly felt himself bending forward and seconds later his lips connected to hers. When he realized what he was doing he quickly pulled back, his face bright red. He hopped out the window and into the forest to his tree to think about what he just did and why.

 

An hour later Wolf woke up and looked at her clock. It read “12 o'clock”. “Damn.” She said out loud and stood up. She was wobbly at first but soon regained her balance when she noticed her clothes were different but she didn't mind as long as they didn't touch her collar, which they didn't. She left the temple through the window and walked into the forest, down to a river she found when she was here once before to watch her brother train with Genkai. She sat down on the bank and watched as the water rush slowly passed thinking about the dream she was having before she woke up.

 

She was dreaming that she was sleeping in her bed when Hiei hopped into the room from the window, walking up to her when she had awoken from his entrance, and kissed her fully on the mouth. He pulled back and jumped out the window.

 

That was when she woke up. She stood and waded into the river until she was waist high and dived under the gentle waves, and came up water gripping to her clothes and skin. She got out of the water and shook her hair dry getting everything around her wet. Her damp bangs stuck to her face and her pants clung to her legs. She left the riverbank and reentered the forest, walking back to Genkai's. Looking up at the stars above did she realized she didn't want a ceiling to block her view of the stars outside. She stopped outside the front door to the temple and walked around the side until she reached the window she believed was hers and hopped into a tree outside that window. She rested in the branches.

 

She woke up the next morning by a female voice she recognized as her sister's shouting, “WHERE IS SHE!?!” She rubbed her head and jumped down expertly from the high branches. She walked through the front door to see Yusuke and Kuwabaka cowering in the corner and Kurama holding a fuming Fox by her waist to keep her from pouncing on the boys and Wolf had to bite the inside of her cheeks to keep from laughing.

 

Instead she put on a tired mask and said to her sister, “God Fox. Must you wake everyone up with that loud mouth of yours every morning?” Wolf turned before Fox could answer to go upstairs to change into the clothes she knew were in the closet in her room and to change her bandages.

 

Fox still didn't calm down and followed her sister upstairs. “Where were you?” she demanded.

 

“ I was out at the river last night and slept in the tree outside my room. Jeez mom.” Wolf said coldly, glaring at her sister.

 

Tears automatically filled Fox's eyes as she said softly, “ That was low. How can you speak of our mother that way?” Wolf's mask was crumbling before Fox's eyes.

 

Wolf's mask completely disappeared and her voice was heavy with anger as she spoke, “ She is dead. She abandoned us to Ningenkai. She deserved to die. She let your father hate me. She let him almost hit you. She deserved to die.”

 

Fox looked at her sister and saw a tear fall down her sister's cheek and she realized why they had the marks on their cheeks even though only Wolf did it once. She realized why her sister never cried.

 

Wolf cried tears of blood.

H: The verbal fight between LW and LF became more of an assault. LW started summoning fireballs and one went astray and set the studio on fire.

 

LF: *sees Kurama walk by* KURAMA!!! *Starts following*

 

LW: *grabs both Kurama and LF and pull them over*

 

LF: *grips Kurama's arm and watches the flames.*

 

*Firefighters pull up and try to put out fire but fail*

 

LW and LF: Wow… COOL!!!!

 

LW: Okay. I am over it *waves hand and fire is extinguished*

 

K: Could have done that at anytime?

 

LW: Yeah, why?

 

*Group amine crashes*

 

LW: What did I do?

 

LF: Please read and review while I lecture my sister about burning things without a reason

 

LW: Oh NO!!! Not THE LECTURE!!! Run and hide all of you who want to live!! * Runs away screaming*

 

H: Why did I have to fall for the crazy one?

 

K: I don't know. I suffer from the same problem.

 

LW and LF: We are insane, not crazy. *Start chasing Kurama and Hiei*

 

H and Kurama: *run for their lives*
