LF: HI EVERYBODY!!!! Sorry we haven't updated in a while. Wolf's internet went down, and we lost the notebooks we were writing in. We were very upset about losing them and we tore apart the house looking for it

 

LW: It's not my fault and you tore my Hiei poster while you were searching.

 

LF: Whatever. Please read the chapter and review! I need something to make my day!

While Yusuke, Botan, Akita, Kuwabaka, and Hiei were out searching for Wolf elsewhere Fox and Kurama were searching the park. All of the sudden Fox heard a twig snap behind her and she knew it wasn't Kurama who was next to her. She looked over at him to see in her opinion the hottest fox demon she had ever seen. `What happened to Kurama?' she thought and decided to take off her illusion, letting her silver ears and tail show. Kurama had turned into Yoko Kurama and was ready to fight the person who had shown his presence when he had made the sound. Fox got out her bow and arrows from their hiding place (LW: Where do you hide a bow and arrows? LF: Shut up and read.) She put three arrows onto the bow and held it down waiting for their opponent to give off a hint of his position. Yoko watched as Fox did these things and said, “Wow Fox, you sure look cute when you are ready to fight.”

 

“And what? Not normally?” Fox pretended she was hurt but was still looking around to see any movement.

 

“No. No. You look cute anytime.” Yoko stated as a quick comeback.

 

Fox screamed in joy in her mind, `He thinks I'm cute! Oh, thank you Inari! THANK YOU!!!' “Thank you Kurama.” She said out loud her face not betraying her inner emotions.

 

Another SNAP from the surrounding forest reminded the foxes of the person lurking around. They backed up so they were back to back and Yoko asked with a smirk on his face, “Hey Fox, You scared?”

 

She replied, “No way. You?”

 

“Never.” He reassured her.

 

“Lets do this.” They both shouted.

 

A strike of lightening flashed and the two were instantly surrounded by lightening demons. “ Why are lightening demons in Ningenkai?” Yoko pondered out loud as they began to fight.

 

“They are here for me and Wolf.” Fox said shooting many arrows at the swarms of demons.

 

“Why you?” A very confused Yoko asked flicking his whip and hit 5 demons with it's thorns.

 

“ Because I am the Princess Of The Fox and Wolf Tribe! (LF: I know, I know. Lame name but please go along with it.)” Fox answered switching for her bow to poisonous darts she wore under her belt. A lone tear ran down her cheek as she thought about her parents and anger filled her when she realized that the lightening demons were also trying to take her sister away from her. ` You may have gotten my parents but you won't get Wolf. I will not lose another family member.' She fought harder than she had ever had before. “As soon as you can Kurama, run! I don't want you to get hurt on my account!” She shouted as the demons attacked more fiercely.

“ Two things Fox, one when I am in this form you can call me Yoko and two HELL NO! I am NOT going to leave all the fun to the GIRL OF MY DREAMS WHO ALSO HAPPENS TO BE THE PRINCESS OF MY CLAN!!!! You should take your own advice.”

“ I am sooo happy and about leaving, NEVER! Like you said, why should I leave all the fun to you?” said a smirking Fox, “ Damn, I hope someone found Wolf. She is the god damn future queen.”

“She will be fine. Someone will find her and she will be safe.” Then Yoko mumbles, “Hopefully not Hiei.”

“What?” Fox asked throwing a dart at a demon behind Yoko, “What did you say about Hiei?”

“Nothing.” Yoko said in an innocent voice yet Fox glared at him telling him she didn't believe him, “Fine. I said, `Hopefully not Hiei'”

“Why?” Fox inquired with confusion evident in her voice even though she had her back turned to him.

“Because what I can tell about your sister and what I know about Hiei they will most likely fall in love.” Yoko answered.

“Shit.” Said a very unhappy Fox as a bolt of lightening barely grazed her left shoulder, “I wonder what their children will look like?” she mused out loud.

“ There is no time to worry about that! Look!” Yoko shouted as Fox finished.

Another flash of lightening and they were yet again surrounded by more lightening demons.

“Ah Shit!” Yoko said getting very annoyed, “Why do they always have to go after the cuties?”

“Yoko, you would make a perfect prince but how do you think Hiei would be if he was king?” Fox asked thinking they could at least entertain themselves while fighting.

“I don't really know except the people would be disappointed that a fox or a wolf would be king, but then again they can't do anything or the law would have them killed because as long as the king or queen is a fox or wolf that would be treason against the crown.” He replied attacking yet again. He dodged, blocked, and attacked again and again. “Hey Fox, you have a whip on your belt right?” He asked referring to the ivory whip with an ebony handle on her waist.

“Yeah. What about it?” She replied.

“ You know how to use it?”

“You kidding me? I was taught by Wolf who was the best in the kingdom at the age of four.”

“ Good. Get ready to use it when I say now. Got it?” Yoko demanded as fast as could. “Now!” He shouted and both foxes thrusted their whips at the many demons.

“Ten down, forty more to go.” Fox said flicking her whip in the direction of a group of the opposing demons killing 5 of them. “ Lightening demons, you chose the wrong royal family to kill so be ready to beg for your lives even though you probably couldn't beg enough to satisfy me yet it many delay your death.” Fox said smirking as about 1/5 of the demons followed her orders. Some demons seized her yet they were destroyed in a huge Venus Fly Trap that had sprouted from the ground. “This is boring.” She stated coldly and let her Venus Fly Trap eat a few more demons.

A few strong lightening demons snuck up behind her and grabbed her around her around her waist. “YOKO HELP!!” she shouted grabbing the male fox's attention.

“FOX! Throw me your whip!” He instructed and she nodded and tossed the ivory whip to Yoko. SNAP! She was free and fell to the ground unconscious. Yoko, with the 2 whips, quickly defeated the rest of the demons.

Yoko then picked Fox up and took her home bridal style. He sent a telepathic message to all his friends at the same time that Hiei sent his message. Yoko got Hiei's message right after he sent his message. Hiei got home right before they did.

“Lookout inside!” Yoko warned as he jumped through the same window that Hiei jumped through only moments before. As soon as Yoko set Fox down next to Wolf he turned back into Kurama. Then he and Hiei took turns explaining what had happened to each of the Ladys. Right after they finished explaining the group walked in panting and out of breath.

“What did you guys do, run here?” Hiei asked smirking. Hiei led the group to another room. Kurama told the group what happened to both girls to the group and relayed it to the girls when they woke up. When he was finished Wolf stood and exited the room to go to sleep and Hiei disappeared out the window to watch after her. Lady Fox tried to follow but Kurama wanted to talk to her so he stood in her way. Kurama grabbed her wrist and took her into another living room that was empty.

“What is it Kurama?” Fox asked sounding tired.

“I need to know why you have been hiding your identity and why you are in Ningenkai.”

“I don't know what you are talking about.” Fox said using a mask similar to Wolf's but less effective. Kurama saw right through it.

“You know. Why do you have to go back to your tribe and all that lightening demon junk?” Kurama getting irritated. “Come on. You know, now spill.”

LF: I hope you really like this chapter because we really do, right Wolf?

LW: *Wakes up for nap* Huh? Yeah Whatever. * Goes back to sleep*

LF: WAKE UP YOU STUPID WOLF!!!

LW: *Growls and stands* If you know what is good for you, you better run for you freakishly short life! * chases the already running Fox*
