Hiei look at the noon time sun wearily there were a few clouds out and a slight breeze made the day not too hot and not too cold perfect for many ningens.

He shook his head trying to get his weariness out it had been three days since he slept and he was tired and piss because he couldn't rest every time he close his eyes he could see visuals of when he was dropped from the island or flashes of him stabbing Kurama. The battle that he had with Yusuke always replays in his mind when he was going to stab Yusuke but Kurama got in the way and he saw the fox's precious blood flow out him.

That was the last thing he wanted to do was hurt his fox. Even if he's not really mine. Hiei though to himself.

Hiei's eyes were getting so heavy that it was so hard to keep his eyes open.

'damn I can't go to sleep I-I-I-*yawns* I'm so tired but I can't go to sleep the dreams won't stop c-coming damn' Hiei yawn again he looked at the streets they weren't too crowded many ningen were spending their days in the park not many were out walking most of them were resting outdoors.

'damn wish I could do that'

Tired and pissed he stood and headed toward the fox's home Hiei knew he wasn't home he was helping his ningen mom shop.

"hn" Hiei didn't like to comment on that subject because it was very delicate for Kurama and of course the last thing that he wanted to do was get Kurama angry and fight him so it was best not to say anything.

He reached Kurama's home glad to find the window open he stepped inside stumbling in he look at Kurama's bed it looked so comfortable not being able to restrain himself he took of his boots dropped his cloak and lay better said fell on the bed stomach first not bothering to take off his katana he was hypnotized by the lingering scent of roses he immediately fell asleep hoping for peace.

Kurama reached his home after a whole day shopping with Shiori was exhausting always trying to avoid the question of "why aren't you with someone Suichi?"

As he entered and place his shoes near the entranced he felt a familiar rising ki.

He hurried upstairs 'what in the world is Hiei up to?' he pondered. Three things shocked him once entering the room:

Hiei was asleep on his bed

Hiei was talking in his sleep apologizing to someone.

Hiei utter his name.

Concern Kurama approach the fire demon slowly trying not to startle him awake.

Hiei couldn't stop the blood from gushing out of Kurama's body he got in the way he didn't want to hurt him he wasn't aiming for him he was really sorry he didn't want to hurt him.

"Kurama I'm sorry I didn't mean to-" Hiei was on the verged of breaking down.

When suddenly he felt a pair of strong arms embraced him the scent of roses became more stronger and his surrounding suddenly changed he was on the river bank he looked at the river to see his reflection and was surprised to find Kurama behind him embracing him and smiling at him.

Hiei felt peace and a calmness that he couldn't explain he snuggled more into the embraced and sighed of content.

"arigatou" he murmured

Kurama was surprised to see Hiei calm down after he embraced him he couldn't think of anything else to do and so he slipped beside Hiei taking the Katana and dropping it on the floor and embraced Hiei.

Hiei calm down and muttered " thank you"

glad that he could help his koorime he embraced him tightly and stated to doze off being grateful that he could have this moment.

Hiei slowly open his eyes to find that it was already night time more shocked to find that he was being hug from the last person he though it could be he was embraced by Kurama he fell the soft warm breath of Kurama's even breathing on his neck and he could hear the beat of the fox's heart beat evenly.

He slowly re-accommodated himself on Kurama's chest and entwined his legs with Kurama.

Kurama instantly tighten his embraced lightly and nuzzled Hiei's neck.

Hiei shiver from the contact it felt very good the fox's skin against his he sighed in contentment enjoying this moment and coming to a conclusion.

He needed the fox he fell in loved with him. His polite and kindness were one of his best qualities his beauty and scent hypnotized him and mesmerize him. His wisdom and knowledge never ceased to amazed him.

'the forbidden child fell in loved and supposedly I wasn't suppose to find love what damn irony'

Kurama felt something squirm his eyes shot open to find the most amusing sight.

Hiei was playing with one of his hair lock he entwined it around his fingered and letting it go seeing the lock straighten out by it self Hiei did this a few more time.

Then Kurama realized the position he was in the was embracing Hiei but apparently Hiei didn't mind.

Hiei decided that tonight he wasn't leaving the fox's home without having a few questions of his answered.

Kurama decided that tonight he was going to do the first moved he was tired of dreaming his fantasies 'tonight I will make them true.'
