The Red Rose of Love

Chapter 21

"We're Kyo and Hiromi Kamiya, apart of the Kamiya Clan and the reincarnations of Ryoma and Sakura Kamiya! Making, our sister, Ariel Kamiya, the reincarnation of the leader, Katana Kamiya!" Kyo shouted.

Yusuke's and Kuwabara's jaws dropped and their eyes were wide, "WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

Ariel sat on the ground, and her eyes were slightly wide, ‘They’ve...come back...but why did they come back? Were they looking for...me...?’

Kyo and Hiromi, who stood on the building, looked down at everyone below, and smiled at their sister, "Ariel..."

Hikari snickered, "Well too bad it’s going to be an unhappy family reunion! GODDESS KISS!"

The attack headed straight towards Ariel and slashed and scarred her body and she screamed in pain.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Kuwabara and Yusuke banged on the glass, trying to break it and help her but weren’t successful, "KAMIYA, HANG ON! WE’RE COMING!"

Kyo and Hiromi were about to jump off the building, but Hikari already sent around another barrier.

"Damn it! We can’t get to her!" Kyo muttered under his breath.

"ONEE-SAN! WE’RE GOING TO FIND A WAY TO BREAK THIS BARRIER!" Hiromi shouted.

‘Damn it...I am gonna die by this bitch from Hell...’ Ariel thought weakly.

[Reikai-Underground Shrine]

Takuya and Mayumi looked at two capsules, both of the capsules had an aura around it.

"It’s time for them to break free, onii-chan..." Mayumi whispered to her older brother.

Takuya nodded, "Yes, Mayumi, they’ll finally awaken from their deep slumber."

Soon, one of the capsules had a stronger aura, the capsule started to crack.

Takuya pulled his sister close to him, "Stand back, Mayumi."

She nodded slowly and closed her eyes tight.

The cracks soon became deeper and there were more all over the capsule. Seconds later, glass shards flew everywhere and Takuya covered Mayumi’s face with his cape, to make sure no glass shards hit her small and delicate face.

The aura was still stronger and then a feminine figure appeared out of the capsule.

A woman who looked around 16 but really wasn’t came forth. She had long ruby red hair that ended at her waist. Her ruby red hair was silky and soft. Her eyes were emerald green, such fare and beautiful eyes. She wore a white kimono and above her kimono she wore a hagaromo. She was a tennyo, a maiden from the heavens.

Takuya then let go of his beloved sister and the two of them walked over to the awaken tennyo and bowed.

"You have finally awaken...Kaya Katanya." Takuya said politely.

The tennyo now known as Kaya Katanya, smiled at him graciously, "Yes, I have awaken from my deep slumber, Takuya No Oji, Mayumi No Miko."

Kaya looked at the other capsule, the aura around it started to die down, her blissful smile soon turned into a heartbreaking smile.

"Lynx..." She whispered as she put her hand to the glass capsule.

Mayumi looked at the heartbroken tennyo, "Lady Kaya…"

Kaya then took back her hand from the capsule and turned to face Takuya and Mayumi and smiled at them gently.

"It wasn’t his time to awaken from his slumber. I’ll just have to wait a little while for my older brother to awaken." Kaya continued to smile gently at the brother and sister.

‘While my older brother sleeps, I must find my younger brother...’ Kaya thought as she held some kind of a necklace in her hand.

[Streets of Tokyo]

Her feet pounded against the streets of the busy and bustling Tokyo. She panted for breath and she continued to run.

‘I felt Ariel’s spirit energy and it was very weak. I also felt the presence of one of the Akuma Masters.’ It was Rai.

She had ditched her gym class to save her friend, although, her other friends covered Rai, since was loved by all the students at Katsuyuki Academy.

She kept on running at a very fast past so could save Ariel quickly and defeat this Akuma Master.

"Rai!" A familiar gentle and kind voice shouted to her. Rai immediately stopped running and spun around quickly. She gasped softly and her eyes were wide.

"Kurama! Hiei!" Rai exclaimed. It was true, both Kurama and Hiei were in front of her.

"I felt Ariel’s spirit energy and a presence of an Akuma Master." Rai said quickly.

"Yes, I felt the presence of an Akuma Master too." Hiei said coldly.

"We don’t have that much time! Which ever Akuma Master is here, he or she is battling Ariel and she’s becoming very weak! Hurry! I have to go save my friend." Without thinking, Rai ran into the street while a car was speeding towards her.

"RAI!" Kurama and Hiei shouted.

Before Rai could notice the car speeding towards her, she felt her body being picked up into someone’s strong embrace. Her eyes were shut tightly, since, she was freaked out and she didn’t know the person who picked her up.

She then slowly opened her eyes and then smiled in relief. She was in the arms of Kai Ryuu, her teammate.

"Really, Rai, we don’t want a dead leader." Kai said as he sighed in annoyance.

Kai’s devil wings were on his back and the two of them were in the sky.

"Rai-chan!" It was Kikyo and she flew on her oar.

"You must have felt Ariel’s spirit energy and the presence of an Akuma Master too." Rai asked.

"Yup, we sure did!" Kikyo chirped as Kai simply nodded.

"Well let's go, before Kamiya get’s into deeper shit with this Akuma Master." Kai said coldly, he still held Rai in his arms.

"Right!" Rai and Kikyo said.

[Down Below]

"Kurama, Hiei!" Shun shouted to the dazing demons. The two demons quickly got out of their dazes towards the sky and spun around to face Shun.

"So nice of you to drop in, Yuki, but how the hell are we suppose to get to this Yamamato School!?" Hiei shouted angrily, Kurama just sweat dropped.

Shun tsked, "Simple."

Shun then turned to face the street long street of Tokyo and smiled.

"PURE SNOW!" Shun shouted, the attack hit the street and it instantly turned to ice.

"That doesn’t help one bit, Yuki!" Hiei shouted irately, Kurama continued to sweat drop.

Soon, flat silver blades appeared in front of Hiei, Kurama, and Shun and Shun used his powers to move the flat blades at a fast past.

"We shall be on our way now." Shun then jumped onto one of the moving flat blades and was soon almost out of sight.

Kurama then jumped onto the second moving flat blade and was catching up to Shun.

Hiei snorted, "Pathetic, just pathetic." He soon jumped onto the last moving flat blade and soon the three of them were out of sight.

[Yamamoto Jr. High]

"SOUL STEALER!" Ariel screamed at the top of her lungs as she slashed her sword, letting out spirit energy, hoping it would hit Hikari.

"Hmph, pathetic, just pathetic." Hikari then put a visible shield up, which the attack bounced right off her shield and then violently sent Ariel flying, with the spirit energy ripping bits of her uniform and making her bleed furiously.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" She screamed in agony, soon, tears furiously came out of Ariel’s blue eyes.

"KAMIYA!! HANG ON!! I'M COMING FOR YOU! GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER YOU BITCH! KAMIYA!!!!!!! KAMIYA!!!!! HANG ON A LITTLE BIT LONGER!! I'M GOING TO GET YOU OUT OF THERE! KAMIYA!!!" Yusuke shouted the top of his lungs as he continued to bang on the barrier.

Kuwabara continued to bang on a glass as well but he was calm, unlike Yusuke, who was hysterically.

Kuwabara soon stopped and sighed, "Urameshi, we can NEVER break this freakin' barrier, we'll have to find another way to save Kamiya."

Yusuke ignored Kuwabara and continued to bang on the barrier.

"URAMESHI!! STOP IT! YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE YOUR FISTS START TO BLEED SOON IF YOU DON’T STOP!" Kuwabara then detained Yusuke from killing himself.

Ariel lay on the ground, nearly dead and looked dead. Her uniform was torn up, scars, bruises all over her body, blood furiously pouring out of her body, and tears fell out of her blue eyes.

"Y-Yusuke..." She mumbled, tears now furiously falling out her blue eyes.

Yusuke's dark brown eyes then had tears falling down his face, "KAMIYA!!! KAMIYA!!!!! KAMIYA!!!!"

Ariel weakly chuckled with tears still falling down her face, "Y-Yusuke...you idiot..."

[Flash Backs]

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU WEARING NIGHT CLOTHES!?"

"Uh…um…"

"Don’t give me that fuckin’ crap! I bet you that YOU slept with my friend, Rai! I’ll beat the fuckin’ crap of you because of that!"

"HOLD ON A DAMN MINUTE,"

"Look, I did NOT sleep with Rai. That’s just gross. Besides I’m her cousin, Yusuke Urameshi."

"Okay what ever you say. Anyway I’m Kamiya, Ariel, but you gotta call me, Kamiya, got it?"

When I first met you, I thought you were another guy who wanted to get into bed with Rai...just because she was beautiful and kind to everyone. But I soon found out that you were Rai's cousin.

"C'mon, Yusuke, pass me the freakin' pitcher of orange juice!"

"Oh, alright, Kamiya,"

"There you go, Kamiya!"

"YOU'RE SO DEAD, YUSUKE URAMESHI!"

Soon after the teams joined together, you and I always fought, insulting it each other and stuff like that.

"COME BACK HERE YOU BASTARD, URAMESHI! GIVE ME BACK MY CLOTHES!"

"HAHA! COME AND GET ME KAMIYA!"

"ARGHHHHH!!!"

"GIVE ME MY UNIFORM YUSUKE OR YOU SHALL DIE!"

"COME AND GET ME, KAMIYA!"

I remembered today, I chased you around the house, because you took my uniform while I was taking a shower. I remembered I tackled you and started to beat the living crap out of you, and I was still in my towel. That is, when Rai came and she yelled at you and she got my uniform for me.

Now, I'm lying here, almost dead, and you're still yelling at me...

[End of Flash Backs]

Ariel's blue eyes continuously had tears falling down and onto the dirty ground.

"G-Goodbye...Yusuke...goodbye...everyone..." Ariel whispered weakly.

"ARIEL!" A familiar female voice screamed in horror.

Ariel looked over and she smiled slightly, "R-Rai..."

It was true. There, Rai was behind the barrier, tears furiously falling down her face and she banged on the barrier like Yusuke.

"ARIEL!! PLEASE, HANG ON!! PLEASE, ARIEL, DON'T GO! I'M GOING TO SAVE YOU! PLEASE, DON'T LEAVE ME!!" Rai screamed at the top of her lungs and cried hysterically.

Kai and Yusuke detained the hysterically Rai, although, Yusuke, himself was hysterically and crying, but needed to keep his cousin calm.

"You're all about to see this young girl die a painful and slow death." Hikari jeered evilly.

"LEAVE HER ALONE! PLEASE, LEAVE HER ALONE, I BEG OF YOU, LEAVE HER ALONE!" Rai screamed. She kicked both Kai and Yusuke, hoping they would let go of her, but they held a firm and tight grip around her.

Hiei and Kurama watched as Rai cried, screamed, and kicked Kai and Yusuke. They hated seeing her like this. Botan, who has also, came to this horrifying scene, hugged her crying friend Kikyo.

"GODDESS KISS!" Hikari screamed.

"ARIEL!!" Kyo and Hiromi screamed.

Ariel slowly closed her eyes, "G-goodbye everyone..."

Rai finally broke free from Kai's and Yusuke's firm grip of her and screamed, "ARIEL!!!!"

She then ran to the barrier and she went right through it!

"RAI!!" Hiei and Kurama shouted.

Hikari growled, "H-How did that girl go through my barrier?!"

"SPIRIT WHIP!" Rai screamed as tears fell down her face. This time, the spirit energy was so strong, it collided with Hikari's attack but it soon went right through Hikari's attack and slammed Hikari into a tree.

"Why that bitch!"

Rai helped Ariel up and quickly ran back to the barrier and sent Ariel to the other side.

"DIE YOU UNGRATEFUL BITCH! HEAVEN'S FURY!" Hikari screamed.

"RAI!!!" Both teams screamed in horror.

Rai slowly turned around her eyes wide from horror, the attack was speeding towards her at a very fast pace.

"HEAVENLY ARROWS OF LOVE!" A familiar female shouted. Both attacks collided with each other, making a huge white blinding light.

A few moments later, the light was gone.

Rai opened her eyes again and looked around, "Wh-what happened...?"

Hikari got up off the ground and groaned, "Who deflected my attack!?"

In the distance, a feminine figure was walking towards Hikari, Rai, and the barriers with both teams behind them.

It was Kaya Katanya.

Hikari gasped, "I-It's YOU!"

Kaya was finally 15 feet away from her and her emerald eyes looked calm.

"I thought you were put into a deep slumber and NEVER awake!" Hikari said angrily.

Kaya ignored her comment and looked at the two teams and she then met Kurama's emerald eyes.

Kurama instantly looked into her emerald eyes and then somewhat of a "connection" was made.

Kaya smiled at him gently.

'W-Why do I feel like I know this girl...?' Kurama thought.

"Sh-she looks like a FEMALE Kurama!" Botan exclaimed.

"Wow, that girl is hot!" Kuwabara exclaimed.

"That girl isn't any girl! She's Kaya Katanya, the most powerful tennyo ever! She's awakened from her deep slumber!" Kikyo exclaimed.

'So the tennyo that killed my ancestors has awakened. I have no grudge against her since it was my bastard ancestor's fault he turned against his wife.' Shun thought.

Kaya smiled at Kurama slightly and then turned to face Hikari again.

"Hikari of the Henka Clan, I suggest you leave this people alone or face this." Kaya went into positions with her bow and arrows.

Hikari growled, "I won't go against you, Kaya Katanya!" She then disappeared but her voice was still heard.

"I WILL destroy these Spirit Fighters and Detectives even if it’s the LAST thing I do!" Her voice then disappeared.

Rai looked at the beautiful tennyo and bowed, "Thank you, Ms. Kaya Katanya, for saving me."

Kaya smiled, "Anything to stop a young girl like you to get killed or hurt, Rain Miri Urameshi."

Rai gasped, 'H-How did she know MY name?!'

Yoko: YAY!!! KAYA APPEARED! W00T! W00T! GO KAYA, GO KAYA! *does a weird little dance*

Lynx: *sweat drops* Nice...dance?

Kaya: *Giggles* I find it cute and adorable. ^_^
