Akia: This is my second fanfiction, even though I haven't finished my first one. I hope you like it. I am dedicating it to my sister (of course).

Hiei: Baka onna.

Akia: Oh hey Hiei. When did you get here?

Hiei: Baka onna I have been here. I walked in with you.

Akia: *thinks* Oh Yeah. Anyway, This will be written in my point of view, O.K.

Hiei: Hn. Like they care. It's not like anyone is going to read this.

Akia: and why do you say that?

Hiei: Because your last story sucked.

Nykera (my sister): You know, he's right.

Akia: Hey sis, did you walk in with me too.

Nykera: No.

Akia: Oh okay. Well then do you want to say the disclaimer?

Nykera: Sure

Akia: Thank You *thinks* That wasn't very nice.

Nykera: So, What your point?

Akia: *shrugs* Don't know, Anyway, now for Sisters, chapter 1, “ Never Closer. Enjoy.

I sit in the center of a forest thinking about my life. My name is Akia. I am a dark angel. I control the elements of earth, fire and shadows. I have a shadow dragon who dwells inside of my very soul. In the past couple of years I have changed. My bangs now reach my jawbone and are red along with the tips of my ankle-length, jet-black hair. My eyes are an onyx color and change for no apparent reason.

My sister, Nykera, is a white tiger demon who controls earth, and air. She has changed as well, perhaps more than I. Her hair is shoulder-length and white with blacks streaks. Her eyes are a deep sapphire. Her child, Venus, is a half demon. They look very much alike, except for her black eyes.

Two years ago we were normal girls. I was fourteen, my sister, 15. Until one morning, December 15th, we were attacked. I had had Siyamak, the shadow dragon, inside me for only 1 month but he and I had become accustomed to this. However, we were not ready for them. Or so we thought. The demons attacked our mother, but they did not reach her for Nykera and I ran in front. We were both blown back by the impact. That's when it happened. The sudden rush of power exploding through our veins. We stand up full form as we raised our heads and faced the intruders.

Nykera and I were already psychic and could talk in each other's mind. We looked at each other and simultaneously attack the demons. They fled from us as we turn to our mother. We looked at our feet. How could we explain this to her, we didn't even know what was going on. All of the sudden a rush of pain surged through my veins. Nykera felt it to, I watched as she and I dropped to the ground writhing in pain. We knew what we had to do. She ran over and grabbed Venus. We jumped out into the cold snow and ran away without so much as a good-bye.

That's when it hit me. We had left everything. Our possessions, our home, but most of all, we had let our mother. The one person we had trusted too never leave us behind and here we are having left her.

We now have better control of our powers and can hide our forms. We are even teaching little Venus how to control hers. She is having a hard time though, being only 2 years old, but she will get it.

`Nykera and I have never been closer' I think as I stand up and walk behind her. I notice she is lying Venus down for a nap. As I walk I hit her upside her head, hard. “ What the heck did you do that for?” She yells as she stands up, her fists clenched tightly. “I don't know what you are talking about.” I reply innocently. She starts running towards me and I take off in the opposite direction.

Yeah, we've never been closer.
