" (Name) I'm home… And I got a surprise for you"

A ten year old you walked down the stairs to meet your father. He was standing there at the doorway, all by himself with nothing in his hands, but the usual glint in his eye was still there as always. Ever since he killed your mom, he acted like nothing had happened. You descended the stairs and walked to him.

" Yes daddy?"

" Hunny, I want you to go to your room and get dressed in your prettiest dress ok?"

You nodded and walked back upstairs to your room. Picking out your dress, which was made out of red silk and had off the shoulder sleeves. It was a very pretty dress, and it pooled around your feet. Walking back downstairs your dad smiles at you.

" You look very pretty sweetheart"

You beamed " Thank you daddy!" You embraced him.

" Go stand over there for me sweetie"

You nodded and walked over to the far wall where there was a full body mirror. You admired yourself in your dress, you were so engrossed you didn't hear the faint click sound from behind you. Then there was only searing pain as you turned around and collapsed. You stared at your dad, a pistol in his hand. He was smirking at you in such a way that he probably would've scared the Devil.

He started to walk towards you, the bullet wound that was just under your collar bone was going numb and it was becoming hard to breath. Your blood flowed down your chest seeping into your dress that turned a darker shade of red, and pooled about your body. He picked you up by your neck, your lungs constricting painfully from lack of oxygen.

" Yes, you look gorgeous" he purred evilly as he licked the blood off your chest, making you cringe from the pain. Tears leaked from your hazy (Color) eyes, and they didn't go unnoticed. He threw you against the wall, the mirror shattered and the glass went flying everywhere. He snarled and slapped you with such force your neck would've snapped.

" STOP CRYING! No child of mine is going to be weak!"

But you couldn't stop, and he slapped you again. You continued to cry, everything becoming a dark oblivion from the pain and blood loss. There was another click, a loud bang, and everything went cold.

You shot up, sweat dripping from your body as you forced air into your lungs. You looked around frantically, hands feeling your collar bone. Nothing. It was just a nightmare. Taking deep breaths, you calmed your breathing enough to take in your surroundings.

" Oh… that's right. I'm still at Genkai's" you whispered to yourself.

You sighed and got up. Making your way to the bathroom, you undressed and took a hot shower. Getting out, you dried yourself, brushed your teeth, combed your hair and got dressed. From your hips to the bottom of your rib cage was wrapped in gauze, both your arms were wrapped completely only leaving your fingers visible, the same with your legs. Hiei DID do a number on your body, and you weren't happy that you felt like a mummy.

Putting on your shackle over the gauze on your right ankle, you'd slip on a pair of baggy black pants that pooled over your feet, and a black quarter sleeve shirt that ended right at the bottom of your ribcage.

Sighing you walked out of the temple toward Genkai who was waiting for you. As you suspected, she had a frown on her face and was glaring at you in a spiteful way. Not that it bothered you in the least. What surprised you though, was this green whip thing that came hurdling towards you. Eyes wide you ducked right before it hit you. Genkai smirked.

" I will break you, and he's going to help me"

She made a head movement towards the shadows, and out walked this tall sexy guy with long silver hair and amber eyes. Atop his head were also silver fox ears and behind him were five silver fox tails. You scowled. [Thanks for the idea KristyKamae]

He ran towards you at full speed, Rose whip ready and poised. Your frown deepened, and you just stood there. He inched closer and closer with every second that passed, his face as devoid of emotion as yours.

" Rose Whip LASH!!!" he shouted.

Everything seemed to stop, as his weapon went flying in all different angles at you. It then dropped to the floor, and everything was silent. Multiple cuts appeared on your skin a split second later, and then bled wildly, but you didn't move. It's true when they say that if you experience something enough you get used to it. You got used to the pain so long ago it doesn't even matter anymore. Youko and Genkai stared at you. Your head tilt down, you lifted it up to meet his eyes. Then you ran forward. His eyes widened in shock.

You nailed him straight in the face, you could hear his nose crack under the pressure of your knuckles. Gasps were heard among it. Apparently the group had come out just in time to see this little performance. Your blood trickled everywhere, and it washed all over him and sprayed onto you. The momentum made him fall back as he gripped his face. Thin trails of blood flowed down your face and neck giving you an evil look.

The fox growled, and went to swipe you with his extended claws. Ducking, you attempted to kick him in the head. He caught your ankle. Thinking fast, you supported your weight on your elbows and threw your body to the side making him go flying. Of curse he took you with him, and after hitting many trees and rocks you managed to catch a low branch of a tree leaving him to continue colliding into random objects.

Jumping off the branch, you run in the direction he was going, and end up in a clearing. You find his unconscious and mangled body lying perfectly still. Walking up to him, you'd slip out a dagger you had in your back pocket. Poising it over his chest, you were ready to plunge it in.

" SPIRIT GUN!!!"

The familiar bang noise was heard, your heart stopped and the blue light hit the blade out of your hand. You turned your head slightly to look at the team as they ran over to you. Staring at Yusuke, the image of your father flashed before your eyes and you fainted on the spot.
