Quote of the Day: Luck never gives: it only lends. -Ancient Chinese proverb

I sighed and stuck my headphones in my ears already bored to death. I put my Simple Plan Cd in and leaned back. My back hurt like hell! I had slept the wrong way and I was now regretting it, seems like we all were. Kurama was engrossed in a book, Kuwabara was watching the movie playing, Hiei had his eyes closed though I doubted he was asleep, and Yusuke was leaning back in his chair with his hands laced behind his head as his expression didn't look happy. I wasn't one to snoop so I kept my mouth shut and listened to my music. The plane food tasted horrid, I didn't eat the lunch they served because breakfast had been just plain yuck! I thought it would take two days to get to Japan but obviously I was wrong.
"We will be landing in Japan's Airport in approximately 2 hours." The flight attendant said at 3:00 p.m. taking the headphones out of my ears I turned to Yusuke.
"How am I supposed to understand anyone? I can't speak Japanese." Snapping out of his thoughts he pulled an earpiece out of his pocket that was the same color of my skin!
"You will use this, you will be able to understand and speak Japanese with this on. Eventually you will not need it after a year." He explained giving it to me.
I put it in my ear and jumped a bit when it seemed to mold itself onto my ear making it appear as if nothing was in my ear at all. Yusuke took something similar out of his own ear and pocketed it. I suspected that it had allowed him to understand and speak English.
"Thank you." He smiled at me.
"You're welcome." When he spoke it sounded like English when he was speaking Japanese in reality. Boredom seemed to be getting closer and closer to killing me until we finally landed. My stomach feeling like it had butterflies in it I followed them off of the plane; I looked around in masked awe. It was amazing and very different! For me to experience being here was amazing to me!
My stomach growled, it was time for dinner and I was starved! Not eating lunch hadn't been the best of ideas I had ever done. Picking up my one bag we headed to the parking lot. We piled into a black car, Kurama in the drivers seat once more but Kuwabara in the passengers seat this time. They must switch off was my suspicion.
"Any where specific you'd like to eat for dinner?" Kurama asked me as he drove.
"No, anywhere is fine with me." I wasn't a picky person; I preferred to go with the flow. 15 minuets later Kurama pulled up to a (AN: Me + knowing Japanese eating places = clueless) Subway. It didn't look like the Subways in America; it had a Japanese twist to it. Not that I was complaining.
After ordering my usual Turkey sub I sat down to wait for the others which didn't take as long as I had originally thought. One thing was for sure, dinner, not quiet! I stayed quiet, as usual, and observed them while eating. Kurama and Hiei were the first two to notice how un-talkative I was. Kuwabara and Yusuke had gotten into an argument about something; I wasn't paying attention my mind was elsewhere. I threw my trash away while thinking about how childish those two were being.
We piled back into the car, this time I was in the passenger's seat and Hiei was in the driver seat. I looked out the window my face void of any emotion once more. I looked at everything with interest; Japan was large and very different from what I know.
Around 7 p.m. Hiei finally pulled up to a large house surrounded by beautiful foliage. I happily scrambled out of the car, long car rides was one thing I don't like! I had my bag over my shoulder and my purse/bag in hand as I followed them inside of the house. Inside of the house was absolutely gorgeous! It seemed to me that they all combined what they liked in decoration of the house. The amazing part was that none of it seemed to clash!
There were a few weapons hanging here and there on the walls, the main colors of the house were Ruby Red, Emerald Green, Royal Purple, and Sapphire Blue. It was wonderful; this house was most certainly something I could get used too! Kurama led me to one of the rooms in the house.
When I opened the oak door I had to fight to keep my mouth shut! The bed was a queen size at the most with black, silk like comforter and sheets with silver rose petals as the design. The pillows were of the colors of the scheme of the house, which looked wonderful. My curtains were a Royal Purple and if you opened them you would see double doors leading to a balcony! He closed the door as he left the room so I could settle in.
I unpacked my seemingly small bag and put my clothes were they belonged weather I hung them up in the closet or put them in the drawers. I put my CD holder on the dresser along with my CD player, my plushie was placed on my bed and my DVD's were put in a drawer.
Sighing I sat on my large bed; it was nice and quiet something that I rarely knew. Soon they would find out my personality, likes, dislikes, and what I did through out the day and I, in return, would find out theirs. I was also very curious to know if their personalities were anything like it was in the show, so far it was a perfect match. I figured I must be the only girl who was wondering if this whole thing was good or not.
Most girls would more or less be gushing over the cute boys and trying to throw themselves on them. I would wait and see what they were like, besides as I mentioned before my interest in boys was zero!
I walked out to the balcony and leaned against the railing looking out over the training area. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

Yusuke: This story is written in a diary from Hope's pov, there will be points where it will show what is going on with the rest of the group.

Tijiya: I hope that made sense.

Hiei: Tijiya doesn't own Yu Yu Hakusho, Subway, or Simple Plan.

Kurama: Please review!

Tijiya: Flame if you must, I will take it all in stride!
