Suichi wandered the streets not careing where He was headed. He was allowing his feet to lead as he argued with Youko. As they once more argued over the girls the other had picked, they wandered into a desserted and run down section of town. ~She needs to be sm-~ Suichi stopped mid-argument. He thought he had heard a scream.
***Down an Alley way****
The girl screamed. They had her cornered, there was nowhere left to run. They were snarling, sniffing, growling, and laughing. They were more like animals then men. She had heard stories all her life about demons, and for the first time she was begining to believe them. There were five of them. Their eyes seemed to glow and she swore they were drooling. This is it, I'm going to be raped and murdered all because I didn't pay attention to where I was going. Were the thoughts running through her mind. "Go away! Leave me alone! I don't have anything!" The men just laughed at her some more. She closed her eyes this was it.
***Back with Suichi and Youko***
They both heard it that time. ~Someone is in trouble~ Suichi thought. *A female someone.* Youko added. Suichi sniffed the air. It was there the scent of fear, and demons. He ran in the direction of the demons. When he arrived at the alley he saw them. Five hyena demons and they were closing in on their victim. Suichi summoned his rose whip and shred the closest demon into bloody chunks. The remaing four turned to fight the intruder. They came at him claws and fangs bared. Useing the whip he managed to rip one more in half before they were too close. One of the demons lunged at him. Suichi dodged and aimed a kick at the hyenas shin. It shattered on impact, but the injured demon just lurched at him again. This time Suichi slammed his knee into it's groin and swept it's feet out from under it. He brought his foot down on it's face causing it's nose to cave in and it's skull to fracture. He summoned a thorned vine to wrap around it's throat and start sawing at it like barbed wire being dragged over flesh. The other three came at him as one. He flipped over the first did a roundhouse, knocking the next one to the side and threw a handful of seeds at the final one. The seeds bore into it's flesh like bullets and started to sprout. The demon howled in pain as the roots spread ripping through his flesh and internal organs, causing blood to pour from his body like water through a sieve. Having seen three of their compainions brutally slain the two remaining demons fled. The girl opened her eyes to see the grusome remains and fainted.
