Moonlight Shadow Part 2
Everyone excepted the invitation to stay at the cabin for the week - Evan Hiei!Yui figured it was only because he knew Yukina was going to be there and didn't want Kuwabara smothering her.Yui showed everyone to the rooms they would be staying in, after they stopped gawking at the place.She could only guess that her idea of a cabin in the woods looked like a Miniture Mansion to them.
Yui went to her own room to unpack for the week once she felt her guest were all settled in.She changed out of her black top and bottoms into somthing more suiting to the summer day.She picked out a yellow tank top and cut off jean shorts and slipped on a brown pair of sandles.It was a nice warm day and the now mid-day sun shined brightly outside.Yui ran down stairs from her room and out the back door .There was no reason to linger in the cabin on such a nice day.To bad someone decided to follow her out...
"Where you off to?"a voice called to her.Yui rolled her eyes "Yusuke...." she mummbled,then turned around as he walked up to her."well,If it isn't Mister Urameshi.So nice to see you out of doors on this lovely summer day."Yui said in an almost sarcastic manner .Yui bounced towards him like a cat ready to pounce somebody and looked him dead in the eyes.Yusuke had to staind about 5' 8" or so,not to much taller than herself,which made it easier to look him in the eyes.*Stalker!* she thought."So,where is your little girlfriend at?I am suprised you didn't bring her along with you."Yui asked mockingly."My girlfriend....?"Yusuke asked confused,than it dawned on him as to whom Yui was Refiering to."Oh!You mean Keiko.No, i did not bring her and we are not an item." Yusuke said,then added "I have no idea as to what,or who,gave you the idea that Keiko and I are an item but we have always, only, just been really good friends."
Yui just smirked at yusuke as she turned and begain walking away.Yusuke followed her as she lead him through the woods down a few paths until thay came to a clearing .There was a small lake here with a nice sandy shore surrounding it.There was no one around as far as the eye could see and the only sounds around them was that of the wildlife in the area.Yui walked over to the edge of the water and slipped off her shoes.She turned to yusuke and motioned for him to follow and then turned back as she waded into the water .
Yusuke nodded, then removed his sandles.He was dressed lightly for the warm weather in a white muscle shirt and jean shorts that went to his knees.A wade in the water would be a welcome thing in this heat. He walked over to the lake and started to wade in toward's Yui as she smiled at him.Yusuke's brown eye's glared at her suspiciously."I think you're up to something Yui!"He said to her."I am not!You are so parinoid Yusuke..."Yui shot back at him.Yusuke raised an eyebrow but said nothing.Yui laughed and waded out a little farther.Yusuke looked down knowing that if he went any farther out his shorts would get wet.He looked back at Yui and noted that her shorts were pretty damn short, just to the top of her thiegh's."Come on Yusuke,Ya big BABY!"she taunted, then stuck her tounge out at him while making the loser sign on her forhead."OH! That is it!"Yusuke said as he stoped thinking about his shorts and headed toward's Yui.*That woman is so annoying at times*He thought to himself.For some reason Yui always got under his skin someway,somehow."Took you long enuff!" she told him as she gave a playful shove to his chest.She then gave him a weird look and reached for his head."Oh,Yuck!How much Axel Grease did you put in that black mop of yours this morning ?"she asked while touching his hair.Yusuke had put so much hair gel on that it gave his hair a green tint."Don't you have nothing better to do then complain about my hair and how I do thing's?"He asked as he pushed her hand away."Nope." was her reply as she let her hand fall to her side.
"You know Yusuke,you shouldn't always take me so serious at times.I am not the wicked little demon you seem to think I am.All I want to do is complete the mission I have been given.Is that not the same way you feel about your job?"She asked."Ya.I guess I can see where you're coming from."He grummbled, then added"Still,YOU don't alway's need to be so damn Bull-Headed about it!" Yui rolled her eyes"Hmp!Whatever Yusuke.You can be just as bad as me about thing's, so I wouldn't talk if I were you."Yui remarked,then said"You are such a big Grease-Head!"She stuck her tounge out at him and turned around .Yui begain to go out farther while Yusuke stewed in her remark about his hair."That's it!Your going down woman!"He yelled as he lunged toward her.Yui didn't even have a chance to turn around before he tackled her and they both went under.Yui popped up first and Yusuke followed."Yusuke!You Big Jerk!"she shouted as she jumped on him and dunked him back under.Yusuke grabbed ahold of her and pulled her right back down with him.When they both came up for air he still had her in his arms.He held her steady as she about fell backwards and she placed a hand on his shoulder for balance.Yusuke laughed as she gave him the evil eye before finally cracking a smile."You knew you were planning on dunking me eventually anyway."He said to her.She chuckled a bit"Yes.Yes I was.I guess you beat me to it."she told him." I suppose you'll get even with me.Should I be watching my back just in case?"He asked her with grin that could have charmed the devil himself."Maybe........I'll have to think about."she said with smile."At least we rinsed some of that gel-goop out of your hair."She told him as she reached up and ran her fingers through it.Yusuke stopped laughing and reached up and took her hand and placed it on his chest,just above his heart ,and held it there.
Yui looked into his eyes questioningly.He looked so serious that she wasn't sure what to expect of him ."Yusuke...?"She asked softly,"What's wro-..."He put his finger to her lip's for her silence.Yui's lip's parted slightly as he ran his thumb across her bottom lip before leaning into her for a kiss.His lip's pressed ever so gently against her own,almost like a calm before a storm. Yui felt like melting as she slipped her arm's slowly up and around his neck to rest there.Yusuke pulled her in closer to him deepening their kiss.She felt so soft and frail against him and yet so welcomeing in his arm's.Yui felt faint at the heat of his body melding against her own.he brushed his tongue against her mouth,a small moan escapeing her.They were so caught up in each other that they took no notice of someone waiting for them upon the shore.....
Note:I hope you all liked this chapter.I kinda got lazy toward the end there....Sorry.
