Chapter Three- Training And First Kiss
After walking the mountain of stairs that lead to Genkai's temple, Kit was able to get setteled in. She met Yukina, which in her opinion looked alot like Hiei. Genkai seemed okay, but she was still a stubborn old hag. Yukina led Kit to her new room, which was exactly how she pictured her dream room. The walls were black the Cobra's outlining the walls edges. The carpet was a light grey color as were the curtains. Her bed had black and grey satin sheets, and a King Cobra in the middle of it. (A/N-Not a real King Cobra just the design). On the her right wall, was a sword display....she could use those. Each sword had it's own unique Cobra on the hilt of the sword.
Kit turned around to thank Yukina but she had left to make lunch. She shrugged and decided to thank her later and admire the swords. The window had opened not to long after and Hiei stepped through it. " That's why doors were invited...so you can walk through them." Kit said with a hint of annoyance in her voice. " Hn. Hurry up and grab a sword, I dont have all day baka onna. Training begins today, there is a clearing in the forest. Find me and we'll train" Hiei spat out and left back out the window. Kit smirked and grabbed a sword that had a King Cobra baring his fangs, reday to unleash it's deadly poisen. She walked out of the room and headed outside to the ' so called' clearing. She didn't see Hiei, but she could sense him. He was attacking her at an incredible speed. What shocked Hiei the most was, she was able to turn around in time and block with her sword. She wasn't the least bit shocked or surprised..infact she looked emotionless.
" When your all alone in the world you learn when someone is behind you attacking. You aslo learn that if you keep your spirit energy high enough to sense then the person your attacking could block it once they sense you. So, Hiei, try to make you spirit energy lower, and maybe I won't sense you next time eh?" Kit said. She was mocking Hiei.
Hiei's POV
' That damn onna blocked my attack! and then she tries to preach me on lowering my energy, the nerve of that bitch! Im supposed to be training her not the other way around. Thats when I notice the cobra on her sword. Her fighting style is similar to what snakes do to attack thier prey. They sneak around being absoulutley quite so that thier soon to be prey wont hear them...or be able to defend themselves. So shes comparing me to an amature snake? Well then I'll have to fight fire with fire. She's not the only one that can be a snake'
Normal POV
Hiei dissapeared (sp?) using his speed again. Hiei's spirit energy is lower and can barley be sensed. Kit closed her eyes concentrating on Hiei's energy.....it wasn't there! She quickly snapped her eyes open just before Hiei had his sword at her throat. ' If I move even the slightest the sword will cut my throat for sure' Kit thought. They stayed like that for a good 10 minutes before Hiei decided to remove the sword from Kit's throat. " Not so clever now are we Kitty?" He smirked. She glared but he only glared back. " My name is Kit, not Kitty." She stated coldley. " I will call you what I ever I damn please. Now we will go back to Genkai's to eat. But I will race you, If I win your training intincifies 10 fold. If you win the training will remain as it is." He said.
Kit only agreed, not being able to pass up a challenge. She and Hiei made a starting line with sticks. No sooner had they placed the last stick they were off. Hiei had got a bit ahead, but Kit was close on his tail (A/N-no he doesn't actually have a tail). They were tied, and at the last minute Kit tripped over and Hiei went with her. Kit fell on top of Hiei and was blushing savagely. They only stared at each other for a few moments before thier faces drew closer and closer to each other. Hiei's lips had met Kit's, he lightly nibbeled at her bottom lip pleading for her to let him in. She gave in hesitantley (sp?) and they started the battle of the toungues. Kit wrapped her arms around Hiei's neck, while he was stoking her hair gently.
After a few minutes, the kiss broke and both of you were blushing, Hiei's blush being barley unnoticiable. "Sorry." He said, then he dissapeared again. Kit only smiled and whispered. "Don't be sorry" She smiled again before returning to the temple.
Me-so how do you like it so far? Kit and Hiei are falling in love, but do they know that? Thanks to my reviewers! And sorry if it was short.
