Now that that is setteled I wanna say Im updating sooner because its the weekend and I figure it as an apology for making you guys wait so long for the last chapter. Chapter 15- Phase One of The Devious Plan
Youko's POV
'Ariel just doesnt get it! I have two siblings now and it could turn out that my baby sister is the child of fox everyone is talking about!! Ariel hasn't the slightest clue! Wait... Did I smack her just now?? Great, Hiei and Das will have something to say about that too. That girl argues to much, Hiei needs to toughen up on her... I just can't stay mad at her...I love her'
He walked inside his room and dressed for training. He wore a forest green tank top and baggy blue jeans with his black boots. He put a dagger in his boots just for safe measures.
'No one will touch any of my sisters! Ariel is a decent fighter, but I will watch over her too. '
"Youko?" I heard a Voice behind me.
"What Ariel?" I hadn't meant for it to sound as harsh as it did.
"I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to...I mean..I didn't know, you were just trying worrying for your sister. Im sorry"
"You read my mind again didnt you?!" I yelled.
"I didn't mean to I just wanted to know if you were angry with me. Now that I see that you are I'll just leave you alone!!" She stormed off.
"ARIEL WAIT!" I yelled for her to come back.
"What is it?" She sounded worried. Probably because my voice had panick spread through out it.
"Im sorry! I hadn't meant for us to be this way. What if Holly really is the one that is the child of fox? How can she defend herself? I just want to protect her." He slammed his fist in the hard wood panneling of the floor, making loud thundering noises. "It's not fair! I couldn't we be born normally!? Like normal?! ITS NOT FAIR!" I screamed, continuing to hit the floor with my fists, hot streams of tears leaving my eyes. My noise making made Hiei and Father come into the room.
Normal POV
"Youko!? Whats wrong!?" Kurama asked rushing over to calm his son down. Ariel bowed her head and left the room, followed closely by Hiei. Hiei's cold eyes stared at Ariel until he noticed a bruise on her cheek.
"Ariel?" She stopped and looked at him, putting strands of hair in her face to cover the bruise.
"Yes Papa?" Hiei walked over to her and pushed the hair from her face, reveling the bruise.
"Where did you get this bruise?"
"I was clumsy, That's all" She didn't look at Hiei when she said this.
"Your lying! I want the truth right now!"
"Y-Youko hit m-me..."
"Damn it! I told you to keep away fro him!"
"But I love him!"
"Your 8 years old you dont know what love is yet!"
"You dont understand!" She walked over to Hiei and looked straight into his face." And you never will" She turned and walked off, leaving a speechless Hiei.
W/ Youko
"Youko...How can I help you if you dont tell me whats wrong?" Youko looked up at his father and began to tell what he knew, what he thought and what he did to Ariel.
"You realize that Hiei knows about Ariel by now?"
"Yeah"
"Did you apologize?"
"yeah"
"Do you love her?" Kurama smirked.
"Yea--HEY! That was cheap!" Kurama chuckeld and embraced his son.
"No matter what happens, All of us, we will always be there for you...for anything. Dont ever be afraid of whats to come, it's better to face it with courage, because in the end, the bravest will prevail." Kurama let Youko go. Youko rubbed the tears from his eyes just as Hiei entered the room looking very pissed.
"Hiei dont even think about it! Youko apologized to Ariel and she accepted the apology!" Kurama stood infront of Youko.
"That doesnt mean I will! If he as so much as lays a hair on my daughter again, He will pay Kurama, is that clear!?" Hiei fumed.
"Yes..Understood" (A/N-There's alot of egdey people and situations huh?? lol)
Later through the day-
"Hiei, where were you?" Asked Kit.
"I was going to kill Youko, But Kurama and my Damn concious (sp?) wouldn't let me"
"Your concious?"
"Ariel told me she loved Youko. I don't want to see her sad...Im going to train. Be back in 3 days."
"Going to Makai again Hiei?"
"Hn." He grabbed his sword. "Im taking Ariel" He exited to get his daughter.
W/ Crystal and Yukina-
"So how's everyone? I haven't heard of them for quite sometime" Said Yukina
"Yusuke, Keiko and Koji are fine but according ti Keiko, Koji has.... been acting strange..almost evil, but a Hiei evil, and he stopped talking, he always has this sad or angered face now." Yukina nods "Koenma and Botan refuse to show up anywhere. They are scared of this legend because it could destroy all they've worked so hard for. Kurama and Youko are training very hard, but when Holly was born ( note this is like 4 hours after Holly was born!!) Hiei noticed she looked just like Kurama and came up with the theory that maybe Holly is the child of fox"
"Oh no! But by the time the legend comes she'll only be 7 months old! surely she wont be strong enough to be part of the legend! " Yukina worried.
"Im not so sure Yukina. I haven't told Kurama yet, but earlier when Holly was playing I felt a huge surge of energy. At first I thought it was Kurama or Hiei Training outside, but I wasn't exactly positive, so I watched Holly play. "
"Was that the crash I heard earlier?" Yukina interupted. " Im sorry, continue"
"Yes it was the crash. Holly had gotten excited about something and had thrown her toy (whatever you wnat it to be) at the window. When she did that I felt the energy surge again."
"Oh..are you going to tell Kurama?"
"Im not so sure, You see from what Kurama told me, Youko had a break down about Holly being the child of fox. Kurama will surely tell Youko, he doesnt need that" As Crystal finished her sentence Holly crawled over with Kurama close behind her.
"I over heard" He simply said. "I wont tell Youko, I promise" Kurama sat down next to Crystal.
"Kurama? If Youko isnt part of the legend then... will he be against them as well? The 3 worlds are going to fight the children of legend. If Youko isnt one then..is he going to be against them as well??" Yukina questioned.
"Oh God! Kurama what are we going to do?! Amara, Holly and Ariel wont fight Youko! They love him to much to hurt him!" Crystal had tears threating to spill
"Then I wont hurt them!" Youko was in the door way. " I wont be controlled by some stupid legend! I'll change it, Im helping them fight, whether the legend says it or not"
"Youko you cant change fate" Kurama tried to reason.
"But I can change destiny" He turned to go continue his training when Kurama grabbed his shoulder.
"I'll help you" He smiled. Youko nodded and led Kurama to his training grounds.
MeanWhile::
"Master Zeroffia? Is it time to exicute phase one of the plan now that the foolish 'heroes' are confused and discouraged?"
"Yes, Maraku. (I got the name from Marick off of Yugioh and Naraku from Inuyasha,hehe) Initiate phase one of the plan. Oh and make sure that their closest loved ones breathe the evil mist as well"
"What of the male Fox child M'lord?"
"Yes, what to do with him? Dont make him breathe the mist. I will pity the runt and let him watch his loved ones die because he's to weak to help them anyway, he'll only get in the way, hehehehe" He laughed evilly.
"Hm. Yes M'Lord" Said Maraku. He went to the sacred realm of Zeroffia's castle and grabbed the bottle containing the evil mist. He walked outside to a mini shrine with 3 wells. Each one led to one of the three worlds.
"Pour the mist, in each dimension
These children can not stop the worlds extinction!
We'll make this army, to seal their fate,
For their deaths we don't debate!" Maraku yelled as he poured the foul mist into the 3 wells.
"Now, Their death is gareenteed, and Master Zeroffia will rule over all!"
In The Makai- Hiei and Ariel-
"Fist fo the Mortal Flame!" Yelled Hiei as he trained Ariel. She barely dodged his attack.
"Double fist of the mortal flame!" She almost made a direct hit, Hiting Hiei's shoulder.
"Not bad." He smirked.
"I learned from the best" She put on a goofy grin that could match Yusuke's
"Ariel, Im going to teach you a technique that could help you win, but you have to learn how to control it."
"What technique qould that be Papa? I dont remember you using a powerful technique like that before."
"Because I haven't used it for several years. Its called Dragon Of The Darkness Flame."
"That sounds painful"
"It is if your on the recieving end of the wave" He smirked
"How does it work?"
Hiei removed the banadana concealing his jagan eye. Next he removed the bandages concealing his black dragon mark. Black energy began to engulf him, once he had enough energy he began concentrating on a mountainside.
"Dragon...of ..the...darkness...flame!" He yelled and unleashed his attack on the small mountain. Once the dragon dissapeared the mountain was completely demolished.
"W-wow......." Ariel stared.
"I have to transfer my black dragon mark to you in order for you to use the technique" He stated
"O-okay....Is this gonna hurt?"
"It will for some time, but it will fade in an hour or so. Are you ready?"
"Yes." Hiei nodded and took hold of her right hand. He began channeling a large amount of energy into her arm. Ariel's eyes shot open, this was PAINFULL. Soon a black aura followed the pure energy.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Ariel screamed. The pain was to much.
"Hold on baby hold on" Hiei coaxed. (OOC I know but I had to put it )
Hiei let go after 10 minutes, seeing as all the black dragon energy had left him. Ariel was still screaming and all the dragon aura that was around her arm soon ceased to be there and formed onto the dragon mark Hiei had once had. She fell to her knees panting and sweating,her arm slightly bleeding. Hiei walked over to her and set her in his lap. Her cleaned her woundes and carefully bandaged her arm.
"That..hurt...." She panted. "It still hurts....it...feels..like its...electricuting....my blood.."
"I know. It will be like for awhile, so you can rest from training until then." Ariel caught her breathe.
"Okay, but we can still talk about that dragon. How do I get it to come out?"
"You have to give off an energy signal strong enough to summon it. It will come out on it's own,plus it's immpossible to control completely. I was the only know master to fully control it."
"How do you take control? How do you take control??" She said repeatidly (sp???????) over and over.
"Sh! You have to consume the dragon"
"You mean I gotta eat it!? " She had a grossed out look on her face.
"In a way. More like temporarily fuse with it. You dont have much time to keep the dragon in you, about 30 minutes to be exact." He stated.
"Oh okay....Im gonna sleep for awhile....G'night.." She fell back wards and fell into a peacefull sleep.
" She just like her mother! Hn, another woman that will correct everything I do." He sighed and decided to take a quick rest as well.
W/ Yusuke's Family-
"Koji Urameshi! Get back here now!" Yelled Keiko.
"Tch, Yeah like Im coming back there! Im going to train, so shut up and leave me alone!" He yelled back.
"Yusuke stop him!" Keiko said pissed.
"He hates me Keiko, theres no way he'll listen.
-Yusukes Flashback-
"Koji you have to listen to me! Your not part of the legend! Stop training for ot casue it's worth less!" Yusuke yelled.
"So your saying that training to help my friends is worth less? Than by saying that your saying Im worth less!"
"No! I didnt say----"
"Shut up! I hate you and for some reason I always have! All you do is critizize everything I do! I hate you!" Koji yelled and ran off to god nows where.
-End Yusukes Flashback-
"Oh Yusuke Im sure he didnt mean it."
"Keiko that was a month ago. He's still at it"
"Yusuke.........lets go inside, Koji will be alright."
"Yeah, I have to call Kuwabara back anyway" He and Keiko walked inside.
With Maraku and Zeroffia--
"Is it done Maraku?"
"Yes Master Zeroffia. In exaclty 7 months the 3 worlds will be under your control."
"Hehehehe..Perfect absoulutly perfect! Nothing can go wrong now. You do have the sacred water? You do know thats the only way to reverse the evil mist. Those fools can not get their hands on it!" Yelled Zeroffia.
"Yes M'lord. The sacred water is safe within Bilings Lair"
"Hm.Good, If they do figure out our plan Biling will stop them in their tracks..he hehe heheheehehehehe heheheheheheheheh!!!!"
