Its been four years sense Jade had been attacked in the forest and Kurama and Donna still hadn’t found her attackers. “Do you think we will ever find them k-chan?”Donna asked “I don’t know but we won’t give up... they can’t hide forever” Kurama said. (Donna and Kurama got together on the camping trip so now they spent every moment together) Sighing he looks around the schoolyard to see if he can find Jade “have you seen Jade anywhere?” he asked. Donna just looked at him and shook her head “no I haven’t”. They both sighed and went back to there lunch hoping that Jade wasn’t doing anything stupid.

Now Jade had changed completely from who she use to be, she became cold hearted and even joined a local and feared gang named The Dragons and quickly rose to the top to become second in command. Jade was sitting in the meeting room listening to the others bicker, they were having a big problem with another local gang called The Vipers who were trying to take over there turf. A lot of them thought that they should wipe them out, but others thought that they should let it be.

“What should we do miss Jade?” one of them asked her which stoped the fighting immediately. “I will talk to the boss about the problem with The Vipers, but... if this gets into a turf war don’t hold back at all so I suggest you all start training as soon as possible for that possibility.” Jade with that said she got up and left the room and went straight to the bosses office. “Sir?”she said as she walked into the room “what is it” he said “everyone is wondering what we are going to do about The Vipers”.

Truth be told Jade was terrified of her boss being that he was an A class demon. “I have thought about the problem with The Vipers” he said “and decided to go to war with them and destroy them once and for all”. “very well sir I will get everything ready” Jade said and left the room to tell everyone elts.

That night when Jade got home her parents had already gone to bed, so Jade went up stairs toke a shower and got ready for bed not knowing some one outside was watching her every move.

~~Dream~~

There was screaming coming from outside, a young woman was rushing little ones to an under ground castle telling the teens to watch over the others and to stay there for there own protection . The young woman ran up the stairs scared for her family ‘please let them be ok’ she thought as she entered the throne room screaming as she sal her parents and siblings lying dead on the floor. “NOOO” she screamed as she fell to the floor and started to cry over her loved ones.

Just above her a young man with black hair and dark red eyes just watched her smiling he jumped down right in front of her and said “well, well, well, what do we have here... a pretty little princess morning the death of her family”. The princess looked up and glared at him then stood up and said “how dare you show such disrespect to the princess of the phoenix’s! who are you!”

The man just smiled again and said “so sorry how rude of me princess my name is Dart” pulling out his sword and pointing it at her throat “oh and just so you know before you die me and my older sister killed your people” he said with a grin. The princess narrowed her silver eyes at him and attacked, “PHOENIX ARROW” she cried hitting Dart right in the chest and blasting him into the wall.

Dart cried out in pain as he hit the wall <Pearl I could use some help in here> he said telepathically. <what the hell is going on in there that you need me for> Pearl replied, <I pissed off the youngest princess... you know Jade> Dart said as he dodged Jades arrow just in time <you idiot she is the strongest of her kind... I’ll be there in a minute> she replied and raced off to save her brother.

Jade was doing pretty good against Dart until Pearl appeared and ganged up on her. Just as Jade got Pearl in her sight Dart attacked from behind ramming his sword thru her heart. Coughing up blood she stumbled to a wall, leaning up against in she said “if I die so do you.. I place a curse on you both.. the next time we meet.. your power will be halved” and with that she died.

~~end dream~~

Jade wakes up and with a silent scream she looks around, her house was on fire!! Jade jumps out of bed noticing that the flames don’t hurt her, she runs to her parents room only to find them dead. She then falls to the floor and started to cry, she stayed there until a fireman came and brought her out.

Kurama (who ironically lives across the street) had seen the blaze from his window and ran out to see if he could save Jade (only to be held back by neighbors) sal Jade be brought out of the house unharmed in the arms of the man who rescued her. “Jade are you alright!” he asked worried about his friend “there gone” Jade said “they died from smoke inhalation”.

Kurama toke his friend from the fireman and sat down on the curb with her “it will be alright you still got me and Donna and we will never leave you” he said. Jade just nodded not trusting her voice at the moment and cried herself to sleep in his arms.
