Title: The Strength to Overcome

Chapter 3:

"Well...Not exactly business... but some questions that I want to ask you..." Akara said almost to herself. "I'll help in any way Miss Akara." "Call me Akara." Kurama sighed and finally obliged. "Okay...I came here because I thought that maybe you could give me some answers because basically...You're smart." Akara said and Kurama nodded his head as he listened to what she had to say. "You see...In my world...Your world is basically a cartoon. I mean, I don't know why but I went through this alley and was attacked by frog-demons disguising themselves as human thugs. Then Hiei came, right when I was about to get slaughtered for who knows why, and killed them all. Then I was brought here..." Akara finished. "Well, my guess could be that you came from another dimension similar to ours. But I'm not entirely sure...We should go to Koenma's office and see if he can find any files on you." Kurama said and stood up. "Can Hiei come too?" Akara asked innocently. Or at least it seemed that way. Kurama understood EXACTLY why Akara wanted Hiei to come with them. "Go where?" said Hiei from behind them. Akara unconsciously jumped when she heard him and turned red. "She wants you to come along to Koenma's so we can figure out why she's here. According to her...She doesn't belong in our world." "Let's go then!" Akara said enthusiastically. Kurama summoned Botan and they all went to spirit world. When they got there, they came upon a gruesome site. The palace in which Koenma called home was destroyed. "Okay...This is NOT what I was hoping it would look like..." Akara said and Kurama silenced her. "Oh this is awful!!!" Botan exclaimed loudly. Hiei took out his katana and put it up to her throat, silencing her. "Baka onna! Do you want to get us found out??? Look at all the demons still here!!!" Hiei snarled and pointed to the thousands of demons drinking and celebrating. "Sorry" Botan whispered and sat down by a large rock. "They are wolf demons..." Kurama whispered to their group. "How do you know?" Akara whispered and Hiei answered. "They have an unmistakable smell..." + Okay so... Why are we still here??? + Akara thought to herself and Hiei answered her question aloud. "We need to find each pack's leader. The leaders are red while the other wolf demons are brown. We kill the leaders, the other demons will be easy to kill." (AN: Okay, I kinda got this idea from the movie `The Fifth Element'. If you haven't seen it then you really should because it is such an awesome movie!!! ^_~) "But Hiei! Look at how many freakin' demons there are!!! Like a thousand!!!" Akara whispered worriedly. She didn't want him to die because she had a feeling about him that she could not express... "Which is why my black-dragon-wave will be the easiest way to kill them after we kill the leaders" Hiei said calmly. "Then Kurama can use his death plants to kill the rest." Akara said and Kurama nodded. "Well...There seems to be 14 leaders...Three over there and the rest are over there." Akara said and pointed to the groups of demon leaders. "Wait...How do we know they killed them???" Botan asked and everyone did the anime fall. "Are you that ditsy????? Koenma is being held hostage with George over in that cage!!!" Akara hissed. Botan blushed and said no more. "You two stay here while we kill off the leaders." Kurama said and they went off to kill the largest group of leaders first. "I'm going to help." Akara said but Botan grabbed her arm. "Are you crazy??? Don't go! You could be killed!!!" Botan whispered and Akara smiled all cocky-like. "I'll be fine..." Akara said and in her head she thought, + I hope... +. Akara wanted to prove to herself that she wasn't weak because she didn't want to just stay withy Botan, while hiding beneath a boulder's shadow. So Akara left, and Botan watched, praying that Akara and the others would be okay. Right when Akara reached the bottom of the hill she was on earlier(AN: sorry...Forgot to mention that they were on a hill...lol), She was attacked by the three leaders of the wolf demons. + Crap! What now??? + Her mind screamed. Quickly she made a decision and tried to run away but the demons seized her and were about to killed her. Akara was truly terrified. As the demons came closer, something in Akara snapped. A blast of flames emanated from her body and killed all the demons that were within 20 feet of her. Kurama and Hiei turned when they heard the blast and saw Akara standing in the middle of about a hundred bodies, turned to ashes. "What the...?" Akara asked herself and she looked around. The demons were like a swarm of bees and they were heading strait for her!!! "Now!!!" Hiei said and Kurama unleashed his 20 death plants while Hiei used his tremendous speed to reach Akara before the death plants or the demons could. All Akara felt was someone picking her up bridal style and the rushing of colors. Akara started getting sick so she closed her eyes and put her hands around Hiei's neck. Hiei stopped at the boulder that Botan was hiding behind and set Akara down on her own two feet. Soon Kurama joined them and they went to free Koenma and his blue demon George once all the demons were killed by the death plants. Kurama turned the death plants back into seeds and put them in his pocket. When they freed Koenma and George, They were so happy that they jumped up in glee. "I thought we were goners!" Koenma said and George nodded and cried tears of joy. "And who is this?" Koenma asked as he looked over Akara. "That's why we came here. It seems that I could be from another dimension." Akara answered.

Sayge: So what do you think? I made it longer just like you guys asked me for

Eva: Didn't Hiei say bow down to him??

Sayge: ~_~ grrr!!!!!! I shall NEVER bow down to anyone

Eva: I'll give you ten bucks if ya do it!

Sayge: OKAY!!! *bows down while Hiei takes a picture*

Sayge: Where's my money??? *looks around and notices Eva missing*

Kurama: *sigh*

Hiei: *Laughing at Sayge's stupidity*

Sayge: ALL HELL SHALL COME ON YOU!!! *Flames surround the entire room*

Hiei & Kurama: WE'RE SORRY
