i dont cry
even in the darkest of times
i will not cry
i must be strong
for those who are not
i know i act cold
hiding all my fellings
behind a wall
built inside my mind
a dragon of black fire
lost in a helpless world
forced to fight a loseing war
i cannot cry
for those lost
i can't show weakness
so i keep all my fear
anger and other emotions
all bottled up
till i get home at night
and cry them all out
away from friends and family
so they'll never know
of these tiers of pearls
to men, a precious stone
to me, a sad reminder
of things passed
and of things yet to come
