Summary: Woohoo another story from me the every so lovely Darkdemonchild! ^_^ ok well then I think the title basically gave this whole thing away, but to summarize this is the diary of Yusuke Urameshi, the main character and hero of Yu Yu Hakusho. Woohoo! ^_^;;; I'm not sure if this story will be any good, this is just something that I thought up a few days ago and decided to give it a shot. And now with no further ado, the first entry of Yusuke's Diary!

attitude: pissed off.

Journal-

I can't believe that Kieko's making me do this! I mean, really, what kind of a punk keeps a DIARY?! But oh no, Kieko doesn't care at all about that. Nope, she just saw this in some foreign movie and thought "Oh goody! Another embarrassing girly thing to make Yusuke do! Woohoo this will be so much fun!"

ARGH! At least she isn't making me write something like "Dear Diary." I mean, that's literally about as girly as you can get, isn't it? Argh argh argh!!!! If I wasn't so afraid of her slapping me I wouldn't even be writing this!!! THIS IS SO STUPID!!! Hmph. There are seriously times when I hate that girl.

You know what I just noticed? This entire day has been crappy. First of all I went to school (Again because Kieko made me. That girl makes me do everything I hate, I swear.) and the teachers yelled at me AGAIN because:

I didn't go for two weeks again.

I haven't done my homework.

I mean seriously. I have more important things to do with my life than go to stupid school and do homework the entire time! I'm a teenager! I'm supposed to be out in the wild streets of the cities, living it large! Ok well maybe more like running around beating up everyone who looks at me funny, but still! Better that than sitting around in some stuffy old classroom where the air conditioner doesn't work in spring and the heater smells bad all the time.

Another thing: fans are EVIL! Those stupid things blew my papers into my face and I got a paper cut on the tip of my nose! It hurts like hell!

Hmmm…this diary/journal thing might actually be cool after all. I get to rant and rave about absolutely nothing and no one can yell at me! Woohoo!

Wait a second, for some reason this seems like Kieko's plan all along. Get me to rant and rave about crap that's been going on at school and then get me to start liking this stupid notebook with a penguin on it so that I write more. Hmm…ok I just confused myself, but that's ok! I don't care! And if that was her plan, then it worked!

Ok so now what to talk about. I think I'm just babbling now. Ok, I'll write about my life's story. First things first: I am Urameshi Yusuke, age 17. When I was 14 I was hit by a car and I died, but then I was brought back to life because the stupid toddler Koenma who rules Rekai didn't have a place for me yet so he let me go through an ordeal and come to life again. Talk about a crappy ruler, huh. Not to mention disorganized. Anyway, to go on with my story. After he brought me back to life, he decided, "Hey, let's torture Yusuke some more! This might be fun!" and gave me a job as Ningenkai's defender as Rekai Tantei.

In other words he had me running around getting my ass kicked by demons, who wanted to take over the world, and some humans who wanted demons to take over the world.

But that's besides the point. On my first case I met my new buds, Kurama and Hiei, who had stole some Mystic Items from Koenma's vaults with some idiot Goki. I think he was just a scapegoat though, because he was really stupid and weak. Anyway, Kurama used his item, the Forlorn Hope, to wish for his mom to live and make a recovery from her cancer. I was there and found out that Kurama would die if his wish was granted, so, being my usual heroic self, I jumped in and asked the mirror to take my life instead, not thinking about my own mom of course. And so neither of us died and Kurama's mom got better. Hiei, on the other hand kidnapped Kieko after that and almost turned her into a demon slave thing, which REALLY pissed me off, so I beat him, but Kurama helped out a little.

And yeah, after that I had to go to a stupid tournament held by my future trainer/master, Genkai and that was fun, you know, beating up humans and then barely beating an evil human hunter Rando, who seriously was copying Kurama's hair. No really! His hair was exactly the same color, and practically the same length! It was scary! But after that Hiei and Kurama got to be part of my team and more missions came and we all kicked ass.

Then there was the Dark Tournament, which was fun. Got to kick a ton of demon ass there, and I even made some buddies, which I thought was kinda funny because I almost killed them. And then I got to kill who I thought was the strongest demon around, which I found out later wasn't true, Toguro, who was also the only reason why we were at that damn thing in the first place. But oh well.

And finally to sum up the last 2 years since the Dark Tournament I died AGAIN because that stupid bastard Sensui killed me. Wasn't very nice of him, but that's ok because I came back to life again. Turns out I'm part demon. Bet ya didn't see that one coming did ya? Yup, turns out the equivalent of my 23-time grandfather or something like that is a S class demon lord Raizen. Neat huh? And here I'd always thought that my ancestors were all peasants and maybe samurai. Well, I think it's cool anyway.

Well, that's pretty much my life story. Pretty dull huh? Yeah, I think so too. Kieko and I have decided to get married in two years, seeing as I've saved her so many times and she kicks my ass so many times. In my opinion we act like an old married couple already. Actually, everyone else thinks so too. Kuwabara never shuts up about it sometimes, which gets really annoying. Hiei visits every once in a while when Mukuro lets him off from work, but I haven't seen him in six months, so I don't know if he just isn't coming to see me or if he hasn't had a vacation for half a year. Kurama is working part time at his stepdad's computor company, and is going to start college in a year. I hear that he's already looking for his own apartment. Cool, maybe we can throw a party there or something. That'd be fun.

Genkai died three months ago of a stroke, and left her temple to Yukina, and now Kuwabara practically lives there. And as far as I know Koenma is still stamping papers away in his office. I haven't seen Botan for a while either come to think of it. I've even started to miss her saying Bingo all the time. Goes to show you how crazy I am now.

Ok time to stop. For one thing, I'm just babbling now about nothing at all, Kieko came home and is probably going to come up here and nag me about something, and I'm running out of room. Ok, until whenever I feel like writing again.

Darkdemonchild: Ok that was way longer than I expected, but that's ok! ^_^ longer is good, neh? Ok time for your opinions! Was it horrible, good, ok, great, the best thing you've ever read, a disgrace to fanfiction? Tell me!!!! I must know!!!!! Oh yeah, and I think I should mention this cus I forgot to earlier. If this fic is a success then I will not only write and post diaries for most if not all key characters of Yu Yu Hakusho (and some minor ones too ^_^) but in other anime shows that I like! Woohoo it will be like Yu Yu Hakusho E-Mail survey (Which by the way for all readers on fanfiction.net is still being updated on mediaminer.org under this same pen name and story title) ok I'm done. Please review!!!!
