Time wanders on, and Rin finds herself Grown up, yet she can't journey with her beloved master anymore. She decides then to make a change. rather than always waiting to be rescued, and being weak, she learns how to fight, and without her even realizing it, she becomes an able warrior that the youkai of the house have come to respect. Yet at what cost? She slowly begins to lose the person she once was, too drawn into the sadened heart of a warrior that only sees death. Despite her fears, she once again is able to journey with Sesshomaru, and comes face to face with another drastic turn in her life.
