Just an idea I had a while back. Written as the final for a class last semester.
“Ok, I get the picture! I’ll do it! I just don’t see how this is going to help you. *pause* Fine, where am I supposed to go again? Ok, ok, don’t worry, I’ll be there.”
He hung up the phone and sank into a nearby chair. “Sheesh, it’s like the guy thinks I’ve never done this before.” He looked on the clock on the wall and sighed,” Well, I guess I’d better get going. She’ll be at the bar in an hour. Ugh, why do I do this?” He shook his head and stood up, grabbing his coat before he left.
