A young girl from modern time gets transported to the Meiji Era and finds herself trying to forget what she once had in her time, heartache and misery. And finding what she’s wanted all along in the Meiji Era, someone who loves her. Will she go back home to her time when the ability arises? Or will she stay in the Meiji Era forever? Slight but not common ooc-ness on all RK characters just a warning plus mild cursing in probably all chapters.

Note:
I got the title from a Linkin Park song -that I love- and so the name says a lot about the fic its self. Plus I take no created for the Rurouni Kenshin characters nor the titles of the songs I may use through out this story. I wrote all the poems that are used in this fan-fiction. Thank you.
