This is my second or third time reading your mammoth story. Now that I've had a lot more experience in the fandom, I feel I can give a more realistic interpretation of your abilities. My ratings reflect a much broader comparison with other brilliant works, but I have to give you a high overall rating because this is still one of my very favorite stories. As for the Chidori/Raikiri thing, I noticed you went on for many chapters, unable to decide if there was any difference until you just decided it was the same thing. Well, I wanted to clear that up for you once and for all. Chidori was the first original move Kakashi invented before he received the sharingan. It was a technique which drew its activation energy from the high speeds its user was expected to deliver with. Its appearance is white with traces of blue. The Raikiri is a revised version of the Chidori that only Kakashi uses. It uses more chakra, is physically bigger, and more blue than white. The hand seals are the same, but the technique is better because it's more controlled. According to Narutopedia, "The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated." I hope that clear it up, if it hasn't already. I hope you'll update again and finally finish the story someday. Your style isn't perfect, but you're still light years ahead of me as a story-teller.

I just reread the fic to catch up with it and I'm so excited that it got updated and certainly can't wait to read more. While rereading it I got a little tired of reading the hints about courtesan training because the first time I really connected it to anything was with Neji...then I started thinking about Yuugao. I'm excited to continue reading and seeing whether or not I'm right about her. I was also a bit disappointed that Anko had to be threatened into standing up for Naruto in front of her clan but it did really fit the character that you've built for her so I suppose I wasn't that surprised. Anyways, keep up the awesome work! Agent Spielplatz

loved this chapter, hope the next one is even better :P and kabuto's sensei was orochimaru in disguise, if you notice when kabuto leaves during the preliminaries he mentions "you" being here while it shows his sensei with a picture or orochimaru behind it.

This is by far the best Narutofic I've ever read. I wanted to write reviews earlier but couldn't until I caught up reading the whole thing (was afraid of reading spoilers in other reviews). Never liked the idea of Naruto/Sakura but you definitly changed my mind. Now that I have read all these chapters I know that if something looks really out of character not to just take it for face value. It's what makes your fic that much better, the realization that there is more to the story that has to be played out and unlike most fics won't be played out in a matter of one chapter. I do notice the time space between chapter postings and wish they will be more frequent but I would gladly choose quality over quantity, so please update soon but only if you can (you obviously have a life too). Thanks again for the good read. P.S. did anyone write a kiba/Hinata story if so where is it.

I really didn't care for the A/Ns although I understand why they were needed in many cases, for those unfamilar with Japanese military history. I'm glad that you share my view that an author shouldn't change announced pairings once into the story. The spelling and grammer have improved gfrom the earier chapter so that by by Chapter 71 I'd call it a 10 for that Chapter. -Bill Ponder

A lot of the questions I mentioned in my earlier review have been resolved, and done well I might add. I am glad to see you figured out the formatting on MM.O. It really does make things a lot easier to read. I really liked Kireme's background story in this fic, and I immediately pinpointed what culture you were referring to. ^_^ I'm interested to see what else you pull out of your hat. Wow, I've read alot of fics in my time, but... wow. There was something about this one that kept me going, even through seemingly boring parts. I absolutely fell in love with this fanfiction and I must give you kudos on doing a very very good job. There were little mistakes here and there, however, that can be expected evern from the greatest of writers. I hope to be able to read more in the near future.
