Interesting take on the whole Gankutsuou story, and a nice attempt at making this pairing plausible ^_^. To be honest, I am not totally convinced by Edmond's characterization (even without Gankutsuou, I doubt he would let this happen or let Fernand go after that without torturing him/killing him/getting totally insane and murderingly angry ^^') BUT your writing style -very elegant, very Monte-Cristo - was definitly worth the reading. I'm now looking forward to the Reborn story. ^_^
