It was like reading this ephemeral embrace--one that lasted for a few tingly seconds after taking it all in...a poem that hugged me from the inside out and reminded me of days when I was young and innocent, when Daddy Hugs and grandma kisses made things all right. This piece really warmed my insides like a bowl of cream of wheat on a winter day. The metaphors were really smile-worthy. From one poet to another, I really, really, REALLY enjoyed this one!
