All I can say is 'THANK YOU!' That story was incredible and I am looking forward to a sequal (Pretty please with cherrys on top) but seriously It was a incredible read! I laughed my ass off the intire time (And thats really hard to make me do!) The plot was original and belivable without going overboard which a lot of writers seem to do, and even with Sessy being out of character I think the one you gave him suited him very well. I am in the prosses of writting my own fic at the moment and I hope mine will be just as injoyable for you to read! I hope you have other fics on here I will have to check it out! Again thank you so much for the hard work you have put into this! It really made my night!

I cannot believe I've never read Exchanged before (beating needed with wet ramen). This is top of my list of Sess/Rin pairings. I like the "reincarnation but not really" thing with Rin & her grandmother...interesting twist! And youkai popping up everywhere! Can't run around with jewel shards in ya without twisted consequences (damn wolfling!). Kagura morphed into Naraku...well, without the nasty extra apendages. This is one I will definitely read again & again!

I've been meaning to write a review of Exchanged for a while, but have been lazy. This is my very favorite of all the Sess/Rin stories from any forum I've read! It's so original and you just get caught up in the story. The only thing I find a little hard to understand is why Sess would be at an anime cosplay location. Other than that, I just love it. Even tho Kagura met a much different fate than this story portrays I like the deviation from the manga. That is one of the things I like most about your fanfiction. You have the ability to take the gist of the manga and make it more interesting. I also appreciate that you aren't a slave to the manga's storyline. Keep up your writing. Whenever I see another story by you I immediately want to read it.

Half way through reading this and I am really enjoying it! Not sure what I would do in her case, meeting the really Sesshoumaru and co in modern Tokyo would be a little bit daunting... Thanks for sharing, D

So...is the sequel's plot bunny still hopping around the hutch? Thanks for the read! I'm being lazy and reading when I should be writing, and I've spent a lovely few minutes reading some of my favorite author's stuff. Never commented on this one, so just wanted to let you know I enjoyed it! Too lazy to sign in...

READ THE BOTTOM REVIEW FIRST!!!!!!! So, all in all, a most enjoyable read, and reread, and reread... Good concept, good execution! Grammar and spelling flawless, which REALLY appeased the English nut in me. Such a rare find, perfect grammar. *sighs happily* One more thing I liked is the description of InuYasha's jumps, and that you made him obey the rules of gravity and G-force! Anyway, I can only hope for a sequel. (Personally, I'd LOVE to hear the conversation between Rin and her family... hahaha. Sadistic, yes?) So yeah! This MONSTER of a review is now over, from Rhiara.

It seems to happen with no preliminary, and she accepts it passively and tacitly after her initial outburst dressed up as Robin (which is before, anyway, so that doesn't really count). I know a few chapter down the road she describes that she knew him from the start etc, but still, it just really jarred me that she would have no problem whatsoever accepting that she is going to "marry" this guy, almost whether she wants to or not. I just pictured her initially before I read your chapters as far more confused than you wrote her. Nevertheless and notwithstanding, the rest of your characterisation of her was great. I loved her reaction to Kagura and Moto, and the fact that her reaction was believable and realistic, not reminiscent of Boedicea, after she killed him. The children are simply adorable, even in print. The battle was so much better described than almost every pitched battle scene I've read, and it was also great that Rin didn't morph into Warrior Queen instantly, while you still managed to get her to kick ass. The humor injected into *everything* was effective, managing not to lessen the dramatic tone or kick the bucket out from under the tension you built, and helped flesh out the character of Rin even more. The cultural references and culture shock were brilliant, and I can most definitely relate to having natto shoved under your nose the morning after a big night. *shudder* (Continued... God this is long....)

I have tried to review this before, several times, but mm.org was being idiotic about letting me sign in. Ugh. (That said, I signed in today specifically TO review this, after I read it through once more.) So yes, on with the review. I think that it is astonishing that this story has only two reviews to date, both from the same author. Maybe because the reviews are locked to unsigned-in people, but that's neither here nor there. I loved this story. As a canon-pairing lover, this really pushed my buttons, ahem. The characterisation of Sesshoumaru was sensitive and pretty damn good, must say. When I initially read the part wherein he says he's finally found Rin, I was skeptical, hoping desperately that you weren't going to turn him into gooey mush. (The residual mark of too many really terrible Sess/Kag fics.... shudder.) Anywhoo, I was pleasantly surprised and only too happy to be wrong with the next few chapters. I loved how you injected emotion whilst maintaining minimal expression. (Make sense??) That really floored me, keeping him mostly stony faced, or at least stoic, whilst still conveyin emotion, and even better, making me BELIEVE it. That said, the one thing I did have a problem with, and have found in all the subsequent rereads (what can I say, I love a good fic :p) is Rin's reaction, or should I say lack of, to suddenly being thrust into this incredibly odd world of demons and being told that she is a Tai-youkai's mate. (Continued in next review)

I loved it! The thing I like best about Time Lapse and Exchanged is that you portray Kagome and Rin as tough women who know EXACTLY what they want. *big round of applause*

This story is so cool! Is the Asakusa District really anime central?? I can't wait to see what happens when Rhiannon(Rin) gets her memories back. Update soon!
