Reviewed By: Come Hither [MediaMiner Member] On: September 01, 2007 15:17 PDT Comment/Review: I knew it! Minako is gonna get stuck with Hojo! Maybe he will have made the push into puberty by then. Woo hoo! You did the Chokyukai thing too. Isn't that porker fun to mess around with? Loved the passing reference. Did you know that Inuyasha has a third sea leg, named Smith. It's probably more deadly than a Smith & Wesson. I'm curious as to what kind of youkai you'll put in the Americas. Will it be meth monkey youkai? Or perhaps tassle-eared squirrel youkai that live only on the south side of the Grand Canyon. Or maybe even chupacabre youkai that hang out in K-Mart parking lots? Hmmm, lots to ponder there. I really like Sesshomaru's progression/evolution. If he's really so worried about his brother's & sister-in-law's life spans, could he not figure out a way to bond them to him, being the great and powerful Oz that he is? Or maybe I'm grasping at straws. It's never fun to worry about losing those you love. It comes with the territory, though. You live, you lose, and hopefully you learn to appreciate what you have before it is gone. Seems like Sesshomaru is on his way. Cheers!

And I am not afraid to admit that I have shed tears along the way, including in this volume. Quite a beautiful work of art you have here, and I am proud to be reading it. Keep up the good work. - Kitsune

If you hadn't placed all those notes in front (and I am sure there are some people that were foolish enough not to read them) then you would never have kept this fiction to the length you wanted. Thank you, I am really enjoying this.

Title: wow Reviewed By: ladytokyo [MediaMiner Member] On: August 14, 2007 13:42 PDT Rating(s):Overall Rating: 10 of 10 Comment/Review: Good god woman you have done it! I think I learned more in the chapter than I did in my history class. lol no really wow didn't know most of that, what a lesson and at some point I for got that was only an authors note. Until I got to the end I thought that it was apart of the story. but it's funny 6 pgs of author notes not including the two at the end. what wonderful work. the research must have taking sometime. the beginning was cute. happy birthday Mrs. Taisho awe the age of the charms and christianaty. poor Ryou and Hinata my heart goes out for them. the standing on the plate honestly! such where the times back then. once again you've come up with a chapter to out do your previous ones. shivonne

Title: An Actual Review Reviewed By: PrincessMelissa83 [MediaMiner Member] On: August 14, 2007 08:54 PDT Rating(s):Overall Rating: 10 of 10 Comment/Review: Gah! Could that chapter have been any longer? Not that I'm complaining by any means - it was wonderful and sad and wonderful...Poor Kagome, having to give up her precious books. I run into the same problem when having to figure out names for OCs. I usually end up with bunches of names all starting with the same letter.

Title: Actually... Reviewed By: PrincessMelissa83 [MediaMiner Member] On: August 14, 2007 06:54 PDT Rating(s):Overall Rating: 10 of 10 Comment/Review: I haven't even read all the author's notes yet, but I saw the line in there about King Arthur not being real and I have to say it - I am a history buff. History Channel is my Holy Grail. From what I've gathered there actually was a man in early European history, called Art in Celtic or "the bear" who was rather close to being the real Arthur. While the story surrounding Arthur is fiction, the man himself (or at least his father) was fact. The legend of King Arthur, as is true with many ballads of the ancients, is a flourished tale based in fact. Kinda like you have these facts, but they're not interesting enough so you add to it to give it more flare and then someone else adds to it and then someone else and someone else and you end up with this fantasmal king who, historically, could have never done all the things acredited to him, but did do something. Okay, history lesson over, I return to read...
