I must say, you had my attention with the strange pairing, and I don't normally read awkward, alternate pairings, but this one intrigued me for some reason. Because of that, I decided to give it a go. First off, I must commend you on your excellent grammar skills. As far as I could tell, I couldn't find anything technically wrong with the story. You have very minor OOC moments with Itachi, but you seem to have Hinata down pat. I think I would have enjoyed this a little more if the chapters were longer, but we all hit our limits when we write chapters, so that is to be expected. On a lighter note though, aside from your grammar, you also kept me entertained throughout the whole fic; beginning to end (not something many writers can do). Currently, I don't believe this should be rated "Y", but something lower as I haven't found anything that really merited a "Y" rating, but since I can't get inside your head and find out your ideas, you might have something planned. As the title states, this is a good, well-balanced piece of work, and I hope to see you continue with it.

Hmm... It seems interesting, though chapters are too short for my liking. Rather unusual parring. I will not grade your grammar, because I myself am not good with. I can only say that I did not seen anything that caused difficulty while reading. I am not sure how should I rate 'style', so for now I will give you 5 -average. I hope that you will continue writing this fiction.
