I said this when I read it on livejournal, and I'll say it again: brilliant. I am watching this story, sir. The little green yokai is by far the most underappreciated. Much luff for the Jaken.

I really like this. I just read all of them at once. One moment I'm laughing or awwwing then I almost burst into tears. There are so few stories about Jaken and most of the time when he's in fanfic he's made out to be vile, stupid beyond reason or he's torchered nastily for the amusement of others. It's refreshing to read something positive for a change. I look forward to reading more!

Except for the peanut butter jelly-fic and the one about Jaken being Sesshomarus son, this is really serious stuff and good at that. I've always found Jaken to be an interesting person. Sesshomaru allows him and relies on him to do important things. I doubt he would let any other follow him so closely... and also, it was Jaken that was sent to get Inuyasha to aid in the first battle against the cat clan. Sesshomaru trusted him to succeed had Inuyasha not been sealed. And Tenseiga didn't hesitate one second when Jaken was sliced in two. Doesn't that tell you a thing or two...? A more loyal and trusful follower could never be found. Go Jaken, go!

YOU KNOW I NEVER REALLY THOUGHT OF JAKEN THE WAY THAT YOU DO. I READ THE FIRST THREE AND I FOUND YOUR FIC VERY ENTERTAINING. ESPECIALLY THE WHOLE THING OF JAKEN WANTING THE JEWEL HIMSELF.
