Most of the time I am strongly opposed to any story that ends with Inuyasha becoming human for Kagome, just because it sort of flies in the face of the whole "be who you are, who cares what the world thinks" theme that runs at the heart of the series -- but in this case it worked for me. I guess it was because he wasn't really doing it for her, but for himself. There was no way he could return to his old life, so it made sense for him to cut those ties and start anew. Anyway, I'm sort of a fan of stories where Kagome grows up and is later reunited with Inuyasha (wrote one myself, actually... *grin*). It's nice to have the happily ever after tempered with the knowledge that they've both had other experiences, and ultimately been drawn back to each other. Nicely done!

But you should really read the manga, it is still going on. The problem was that Rumiko was not able to keep up with the pace necessary for the show. I fyou want to read the translated manga go to http://www.wot-club.org.uk/Inuyasha/ or you could check www.ear-tweak.com

I liked that Hojo wanted so much for Kagome to be happy, even without him. I was a bit sad about Inuyasha giving up his demon half to blend but I could understand his reasoning.

At first when you mentioned Peter Pan and Wendy I thought HUH??? But at the very end of the story I read through how you came about this particular concept and it made sense. I like this story a lot. It is definatly a new twist that I havent seen in a story before. Your only real particular problem would have to be speeling and grammer mistakes. Other than that I really enjoyed your story.
