This was great, especially considering I don't like the dune universe. But weren't the Ordors only part of the PC/Amiga/Sega game 'Dune II' and not the books? No matter, I'm looking forward to see how Ranma handles having people smarter than him/her in his/her head. One small, almost insignificant, nitpick was Akane being a bit to hammer happy. If I recall correctly Akane is quickest with the hammer when Ranma insults or embarrasses her. The second mallet scene might have worked better if 'mentat' had inherited some of Ranma's karma, and somehow ended up in a compromising position, e.g. Groping Nabiki, right before Akane entered.
