I don't know anything about Shadowrun but I really appreciated this as an AU. Of course the price of success, and leaving the quest not even started, is now I need a sequel.

This plot concept is awesome. "Into the Shadows" is very promising in its originality, and it blends the new futuristic setting with touches of fuedal Japan very nicely. It doesn't hurt at all that the gramar and spelling seem to be intact. Furthermore, I always enjoy when an author has a vision, and knows how to go about getting to their goal. So far, it seem as if you do. This story even seems as if you did some research; it seems logical, a convincing fictional story. My only warning would be maybe slowing the pace ever so slightly and being mindful of fluidity, not only in the transition between scenes, but within the scenes themselves. Sometimes the writing seemed choppy. Overall, good job and thank you very much for submitting to FFARG. Dee-chan
