I was going to try and write one for 'Possession' but wasn't quite sure where to start, so thought I'd begin small on this one... I really like this story. I'm not generally a fan of Yaoi, but that's only a minor part of the story: instead it's all about dominance, control, and threads of jealousy. Relationships are complex, and in a warrior culture male closeness would be the norm and more binding than most ties between people of the same sex. It is easy to be jealous when someone who you feel is 'yours' is taken away without love being involved. I wouldn't say Inupapa is in love with Takemaru, but the feeling of ownership would be one that would be bitter to lose, especially to someone you felt was inferior. At the same time, it is easy to be overwhelmed by someone with a strong personality and charisma, and feel that tie keenly. It doesn't have to be love, but could be perceived as such. It's easy to see how such a relationship could have realistically developed. I also liked the parallel with the idea that the pure bred bloodline seems to have a knack for picking up humans which are treated as possessions: privileged but controlled, and never openly cared for. I have no idea if it was intentional or not though! I also really like the different circumstances in Inuyasha's birth. It feels far more likely for a powerful demon like the Inutaisho to initially take an interest in a human for reasons which have very little to do with lust or love. And you used a spelling checker! And checked your grammar! It's a small thing, but it makes such a huge difference :). Thank you. *Applauds*

It seems the game of chess has reached a new level! Very exciting - Inu no Taisho is very threatening and calculating in this version of events. Love it!

Good job too. A bit dark, but that's always fun. I only wish this had been an update on Possesion(sorry couldn't help myself). I really love that story. So far anyway. And I have two other questions: Will you ever finish Space Hanyou?, and is that story a Inuyasha/Kagome story, or an Inuyasha/Faye story. It seems it could go either way. Interesting choice if it is Inu/Faye. I'd never even thought of that one, but that's probably because I like Inu/Kag best. Anyways, good job on this story. Like I said, not a fan of yaoi, but you write very well. Good luck with your other stories!
