You don't overload the lemon part with lots of details; that's what ususally ruins a good lemon for me. And you add in a nice emotional sadistic/masochistic twist to it. I love it when Ryou and Bakura are in a sado-masochistic relationship, it's just so much fun ^_~... Overall, I like it alot. Maybe I should add it to my favorites or something.

You have a nice flow in the story and the reader is most definately drawn into the story. You did especially well on the emotions, Bakura was able to tell about his past and fuss about it without seemingly drowning in a bucket of his own angst. You created a mood that was very calm and quiet and it fits the story perfectly. The cutting part was also done well as very often people don't know what they're writing about, you do, bravo. I also must fangirly squeel over Ryou's characterization, Ryou's that are not acting as scared little puppies are always welcome. I loved how Bakura was dependant of Ryou in a sense instead of hte other way around, way to go!

It is filled with the emotions that your characters are feeling so that as one reads the story, you achieve what is ultimately wanted - the reader feels the emotions, too. I love your characterizations of Ryou and Bakura. It is so nice to see these two in a loving, respectful relationship instead of the overdone raping, hateful, spiteful encounters that seem to appear everywhere. Ryou, in your story here and in others you have written, is strong in his own sense of the word and simply adores a Bakura who mirrors the emotion. It is a breath of fresh air and you do it justice. I loved how Ryou was so gentle, with a hint of devilishness that runs through his veins, and how he was the anchor for Bakura. It was interesting to see how Ryou was the one who was needed in this relationship to help Bakura instead of the other way around. I love the little insights to a less innocent purely spontaneous Ryou. Well done. Bakura losing himself in his light's gentle touches, soft voice, and his general aura was written just right as well. I enjoyed this and look forward to more of your wonderfully written stories - especially this particular pairing...

You pulled the first person POV well, only giving you an 8 because it's not often done. I did have to re-read the beginning twice, as I wasn't sure who was speaking at first. No spelling or grammar errors leapt out at me, but like my own pieces, I'm sure there's at least one there. I really enjoyed reading this, and was thinking, with a little alteration or another chapter, that this would link nicely with your "Fantasy" pair. (I'm still hoping you'll do another story to go with that set...please?) Well, with that, I'll just wait here as patiently as I can!
