I enjoyed this story greatly. The animosity between Ino and her mother, compared with her love for her deceased father is a wonderful contrast. I enjoy how you play Shikaku, a man filled with shadows and regrets. You painted a wonderful picture of the Nara household, and one that I can only hope would be used in the Naruto storyline itself. This is a gripping story, Ino's emotions, selfishness, pride, and self pity are portrayed in a realistic way. You did a wonderful job on this story, and I can only hope there will be a followup...
