It sees like Asuka is pissing Shinji off. So update and bring Rei and Shinji together soon.

Too soon to give any numbers, I'm just here to encourage you to continue. I like this pairing, you're writing is good, and the characters are accurate so far. This means potential. I like potential. I also like that you're starting from more or less scratch as far as their existing relationship, allowing a full romance to be told. I'll note though that the shift from heavy narrative to a long stretch of nothing but dialog was a little awkward.

It's not bad of a start. You actually got Rei's character down pretty well. It's not bad, especially since this is coming from someone who is not an Eva writer. However, still, this has potential. If you want, since I'm an Eva writer, despite I only have one, I actually have a decent understanding of the characters. At least in terms of the three main pilots. If you want info on Gendo, Ritsuko, Misato, or any of the others, I don't really know, because I haven't exactly been paying attention, to those characters, so I would need a little time to learn them. And also, I write mostly on Fanfiction.net, so you'll find all of my stories there. Anyways, your begining and middle was good, but the last little bit, the conversation between Shinji and Rei could've just been a bit more worked on. But like I said, I can't blamde you, for you are not an Eva writier. Well anyways, that's all from me. Cheers ^^ Ja ne
