Title: FFARG Review Reviewed By: Yuugi-chan [MediaMiner Member] On: March 06, 2006 16:18 CST Comment/Review: First off, I want to say that it was entertaining to see a story spun off of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Raven". However, it might be a good idea to state this just out of respect for the author, even if it is just a parody. Moving on to the technical things, you have a number of punctuation errors where commas are missing, where semicolons should be added, and missing quotation marks. You also have some places where dialogue should be set into its own separate paragraph. Along with that, you have some capitalization issues. Also, I believe it would be better to use italics instead of underlining for emphasis. You also have some grammatical errors scattered here and there, where you are using the wrong homophone, such as "peaked" when it should have been "peeked", for example. I'd recommend a good beta-reader, which can either be found on the beta-reader list or posting in the "I need a beta" thread. On a lighter note though, I want to say you have a very good vocabulary, and I found no spelling errors. I also caught no tense changes and no missing words. This story was entertaining with its humor and irony. Thank you for submitting to the FFARG and I hope you continue to do so.
