It's really interesting and original compared to the many throngs of fanfiction here. The flow of the story is smooth and pleasant to read. The lack of grammatical mistakes is also a plus. The relationship between Kagome and Inuyasha is also probable, as in plausible in the manga compared to many other fics where their relationship goes too fast which in turn completely destroys the story. The way you wrote Kagome's mother's P.O.V. is also very touching, a true potrayal of a mother's love. The slight amount of angst inserted is perfect, at the right moment. Congratulations!
