I was caught by the vague, enigmatic summary, and just skipped straight to the story, and I was quite frankly blown away. The characters solid and true to themselves, and the situations they faced believable. I think I've found one of the best-written short stories available for the genre. I'm also looking foreward to perhaps seeing the story behind the story, of how those two met initially.

Oh my god, that was absolutly amazing. I have never ever read any permanent threesome stories that have seemed so realistic. It honestly seems totally possible.

That was very well written. Have you ever listened to KT Tunstall? If so, the songs "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" and "Miniature Disasters" go well with the fic. Then again, most of her songs could probably apply to this. I hope you write a companion piece to this; it's very well done. I was pretty tear-jerked towards the end of it.
