this was cute. i think it would be great if you take the concept and make a multi chapter story out of it. you could make a few chapters be about kagome leaving home, the fight with naraku and her and inuyasha's first few years together, then another few chapters could be farther down the line when they have several children/grandchildren and they are dealing with the fact that their children age and die and something of their lives as time goes by, then you could have a chapter where she watches herself grow up and go through the well, this chapter (or a different one) where she first sees her mom again, then a few chapters where she tells souta and her grandfather what is going on and have a family reunion so everyone can meet.

I just don't understand what Kagome expected to do at the shrine that would take so little time Inuyasha wouldn't even get out of the car. You'd think after 500 years of separation she would expect to sit down and chat a spell. Now, if he waited to give Kagome and her Ma time alone together, that would make sense.

This was so cute, I really liked it. A good bit of story telling in a small amount of space, nice. Anything else up your sleeve?
