I love how well written this is. Did you make up the Constance and William story by yourself? It was very sweet. I appreciate how well you use grammar and the characters are very well done. It's so refreshing to read a fanfiction that doesn't have Howl as a shallow narcisist or as borderline homosexual. Thank you so much for the excellent story! After hearing so many good things about the anime, I finally broke down and bought 'Howls Moving Castle' yesterday. And I must say that it's one of the most stimulating pieces of work I have ever seen! So much in fact, that I have already watched it twice (with tears in my eyes no less) and really can't wait to read the novel. So in the meantime, I decided that I needed to appease the desire to read by logging in for some fanfiction. Some weren't too bad and, well... as you'll have it, some were. Then I found your story! What a lovely continuation fiction you have here. It flows nicely with ending of the story, making the reader believe that this situation could happen. While at that same time, it adds that level of 'maturity' to the budding relationship between Howl and Sofie, which is also a logical happening between the two. Not to mention your descriptions and attention to detail are most enjoyable. So many fanfiction authors forget that. This truly is quite the captivating story that has obviously been well thought out and I can not wait to see where you take this in the future! Take care!

My, oh my, oh my! You certainly have a way with words. This fanfic is not only well-rounded in every way but I think you have captured the characters as they would have been had the movie/book gone on. There is a beautiful chemistry you're weaving between Sophie and Howl and its neither moving too fast or too slow, which takes a lot of effort. You've also made this story your own. I'll admit to being skeptical with the first chapter or two but it was soon apparent that you were going to do great things. I fervently look forward to the next chapter. I only hope my patience will stretch until next time. And, as Sophie once told Calcifer, "I am thoroughly impressed... I like your spark!"

I wanted to tell you how much I've enjoyed reading your story. The way Howl talks to Sophie is so charming, that it makes me feel warmhearted just reading it. I'm giddy with excitement to see Howl's Moving Castle fanfiction, and it gives me great pleasure to be able to review this for FFRG! While Chapter 1 only gave the vaguest sense of where this story was going, it didn't have any grammar or spelling errors that I could see and I pretty much enjoyed reading about the contentment that the whole HMC crew gets to share after the end of the movie/book. There were a few moments, I think, when the story wasn't really cohesive, such as the three line long scene of Prince Justin beginning to enter the castle. That portion, I though, didn't have very much significance and it's always good to have a vision (otherwise it's just rambling rather than writing).
