*sigh* Why is it I start to read a fanfic only to realize that character bashing of one kind or another occurs? "Akane's a psycho" or "Ryoga's an honorless scumbag" or "Shampoo's a horrible, backstabbing witch", and so on. I liked the story up until Ryoga's Jusenkyo curse got revealed to Akane. And why can't people accept that Ranma and Ryoga are pretty damn close to good friends? It even gets shown in the manga like during the Moxibustion storyline (I know there are others but that's the only one that comes to mind, apart from the ending storyline.). ... tl;dr: liked the story, stopped reading due to character bashing. ...I guess I am a bit hypocritical. I don't mind Kodachi bashing in the least.

Good to see you back in action, old friend. I'm in a state of semi-retirement myself at the moment, but I may decide to resume writing at some point. When that point may be, I don't know- I have other obligations to both friends and my job, but I do have an idea or 2 percolating. If it ever comes to fruition, you'll know one way or another. Good to see you're back with another installment, my friend. Now I will point out that goku 90504 does have some points(Ranma being relatively ignorant about sex and Akane being paranoid about it), but then again the canon only shows so much anyway. It's up to us fanfic writers to explore ALL the angles, ne? Personally, I'm of the opinion that they may have been ignorant/scared when they first met, but after spending over a year together I wouldn't be surprised if their inner feelings had changed- even if they still acted the same in public. It all comes down to this- how much of their behavior is their real feelings, and how much is 'keeping up appearances'. Personally, after all the chaos and the near-wedding, once they actually admit their feelings nature(and their previously repressed libidos) would probably take firm hold. Anyway, keep up the good work. I wouldn't keep Ryoga away for too long- he may be a blockhead but he is Ranma's closest thing to a 'friend'. Next on the hit list... while it may be cliche, you need to get the Amazons out of their hair. If possible, without bloodshed. Until next time. -N.R.

Very well written. I hope that the old panda gets all that's coming to him. Soun is pathetic, but, he's not as bat as the panda.

you are falling for one of the biggest pitfalls i belive ranma and akane are not at all like your average people they are not focused on sex ( ranma i honestly belive either does not know about sex or does not have any real intrest in it ) ( and akane is scared of sex ) this makes them difficult to write properly because just about everyone else in the world IS focused on sex ( talking about the fanfiction writers to )
