Quite a bittersweet little piece, and more bitter than sweet. Of course, there would come a time when she is reborn and meets someone else before she reaches an age where they are compatible. He does age. And when he looks to be 30, a 20-year-old Kagome might just marry a 20-year-old human. So, eventually, the cycle will end with him being left to his loneliness, forced to watch her live out her lives with others, until HE is reborn. That's really ... depressing. Beautiful piece of work, though. ^_^
